Day 1 Istanbul – Stockholm
Meeting with our valued guests in front of the international departures terminal at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Following the baggage, ticket and boarding procedures, flight to Stockholm with Pegasus Airlines. Upon arrival, panoramic Stockholm city tour with our private buses waiting at the airport. During our tour, Fjallgatan Hill, medieval Gamla Stan, the City Hall where the Nobel Prizes are awarded, the National Theatre Building which houses 7 theatres under one roof, the Stock Exchange Building and Kunstredgarden are among the places to be seen. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2 Stockholm
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the optional Djurgården Island and Vasa Ship Museum Tour (90 Euros). While touring the island of Djurgården, one of Stockholm’s greenest islands, by bus, we see the city’s most important recreation centres and museums and visit the Vasa Museum. The Vasa Museum, which displays a unique work of art, is Stockholm’s most popular museum, with 2 million visitors per year. The 17th-century shipwreck, preserved entirely in its original form, is also a work that has left its mark on Swedish history with its astonishing story and extraordinary appearance. The Vasa ship, named after the coat of arms of the dynasty it bears, brings its visitors face to face with the past through the various exhibitions of the three-storey museum that houses it. Day 3 Stockholm – Karlstad – Oslo
Departure for Oslo after breakfast. We take a break in Karlstad along the way. Panoramic city tour upon arrival in Oslo. The Royal Palace, Parliament Building, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, Skitramp Rampast Vigeland Park, Opera House, Akershus Fortress and Frogner Park are among the places to be seen during our tour. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4 Oslo
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the optional Flam Fjord Tour (160 Euros). For this full-day tour, we leave our hotel early in the morning and depart for Flam. After arrival, we begin our boat tour. As you photograph Norway’s breathtaking fjords from the deck, you will encounter waterfalls cascading down snowy peaks, small villages resembling paintings and natural formations that are a pleasure to behold. The most unforgettable views of the trip will remain in your memory. Following this magnificent journey, guests who wish may join the Flamsbana Train Journey (160 Euros)’, considered one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world. Day 5 Oslo – Istanbul
Transfer to Oslo Airport after breakfast, depending on the flight time. Following completion of the baggage and check-in procedures, departure for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.

The extra tour prices specified in the tour program are per-person prices.
Extra tours along the route take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at a rest stop, service area, or similar location.
In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, our agencies will be informed in writing of the hotel area at least 21 days before the tour departure.
Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed and/or is an additional foldable bed.
As triple rooms are not available in some European cities, hotels may provide a double room + a single room instead of a triple room.
Bed-type requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Advantageous packages can only be paid to the local agency in cash or by credit card after the tour has started.
INFORMATION:
A passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn passports.
For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of documents required for the visa, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency in full with written confirmation at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, our agencies will be informed in writing of the hotel area at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will take place; otherwise, Lidya Tour shall not be held responsible if passport control officers refuse entry into the country.
In the event of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and bears no responsibility if the visa is rejected for any reason, is not issued in time, and/or contains errors; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from Lidya Tour under any circumstances.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
During registration, the name as shown in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees resulting from the cancellation or changes to air tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before departure, and our guests must call the head office and obtain written confirmation of all times 48 hours before the departure dates.
The city where the aircraft lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or possible delays caused by airlines.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connecting flights of guests who do not confirm their flight times and itinerary.
Airline rules apply to group tickets; according to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Türkiye is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If the number of people participating in the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be informed of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary.
City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide's discretion and for any reason, be conducted on a day other than the specified day/days.
Extra tours along the route take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at the rest stop.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodation may be provided outside the city.
Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. Alternative tours may be conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people; with lower participation, they may be conducted at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the star category remains the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (or similar) and are listed as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the named hotel.

When leaving the vehicles used and hotels stayed in during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
Child discounts are valid only for children within the specified age group staying with 2 adults.
When children under the age of 18 who are not legally adults do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required letters of consent with them during the trip.
In the event of cancellation or change, the “LIDYA TOUR SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
