We meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, in the international departures terminal, three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we fly to Rome on AJet Airlines scheduled service. Rome – (Naples & Pompeii)

In our Naples city tour, Plebiscito Square, the central square of Naples; the Royal Palace built in the 17th century; Castel Nuovo (New Castle); the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, inspired by St. Peter's Square and the Pantheon in Rome; the Galleria Umberto I, where shops are located; the San Carlo Theater, built in 1737 and listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site; and Naples Port will be among the places to see. Then the city of Pompeii will be visited, one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world. Pompeii stretches on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, which erupted in 79 A.D. and destroyed the city. As a result of the archaeologists' long excavations in 1748, the city was revealed in all its vitality. Rome – Florence (Pisa & San Gimignano)

Florence – (Cinque Terre & Portofino)

Upon arrival, we board the local train of the region and begin exploring the Cinque Terre villages, lined up like pearls along the Ligurian coast and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. IMPORTANT NOTES
Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The cancellation of the tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where only category information is provided without a name in the tour program and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted only as a panoramic tour with guide commentary from the vehicle and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where, including panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, local authorities do not allow visits or entry on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or where they cannot take place due to any event, road closures, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within possibilities.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the room and the type of bed in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to a single child who stays with 2 adults and matches the relevant age group. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2.
Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency along with the tour information.
Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing domestic connecting flights. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event of tour cancellation by the agency or a schedule change. The guest expressly accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to tour cancellation or changes when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased as a round trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
Guests included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point by their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all transfers themselves.
For participation in the tour, Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the stated times in accordance with airline rules, or who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete them on time but cannot board the plane, are unable to complete the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required for guests who miss the plane to join the tour and for transfers in the destination region, etc., will be borne by them.
The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, and passports/IDs of the participants are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the owner.
In cases such as illness or loss/theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests one-on-one in such negative situations.
When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as they appear in the passport. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for ticket cancellation and changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
In some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.
During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are the departure times, the time the vehicle starts moving. Our guide, who is responsible for equally protecting the rights of all our guests, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In a possible situation, our guest who is late will have to continue to the next stop by their own means.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be held, or the extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites in the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Guests who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable place along the way (rest area, etc.). These guests are dropped off before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed. They cannot use the tour bus for transfer, and any personal expenses incurred while waiting are their responsibility.
The participant accepts in advance that they will join the tours to be organized as stated in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will pay the amount previously اعلامed in the tour program to the tour representative during the trip for payments related to expenses such as local guide, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system with headphones if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum & archaeological site entrance fees to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour is mandatory.
Lidya Tour is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
There is a visa requirement for Turkish Republic citizens. For the visa application, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.
There is no visa requirement for holders of green passports; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.
The visa information stated in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse you entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
In order to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged; passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that, when our guests under 18 travel alone or with only one of their mother or father, the police officer on duty at the country’s entry-exit points may request a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive on this matter.
