During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance than the specified km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, participants of the tour are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults, provided the child is within the applicable age group. No bed is guaranteed for children aged 0–2.
Breakfasts included in the tour program services and taken at the hotel are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour if they cannot be carried out on the day and time scheduled for the tour due to reasons such as being prohibited by local authorities to visit or enter, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing a domestic connection flight. The guest accepts in advance the financial and moral losses that may arise due to tour cancellation or change when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
Our guests joining the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all their transfers themselves.
Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane, are unable to take the flight. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the costs incurred during delivery belong to the owner of the item.
In cases such as illness or loss/theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group is essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.

During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are the departure times, the time the vehicle’s wheels start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for equally protecting the rights of all our guests, will set the vehicle in motion without waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, our guest will have to make their own way to the next stop.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the tours cannot be carried out, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may change depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
In classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop on the route. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum & archaeological site entrance fees to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour is mandatory.
The participant accepts in advance that they will join the tours scheduled in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly, they will additionally pay the amount previously announced in the tour program for payments related to expenses such as local guide, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system with headphones, if any, to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.

VISA
There is a visa requirement for T.R. citizens. For a visa application, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.
Our guests who will travel with a T.R. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
There is no visa requirement for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.
Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry to the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The visa information stated in the program is the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than a Republic of Turkey passport must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the mentioned passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies a visa for T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent, mother or father, may be asked by the passport control officer at entry/exit to show a document proving the joint consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be attentive to this matter.
