This website (“Site”) is operated by Lidya Ada Turizm ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. located at Alsancak Mah. Kıbrıs Şehitleri Cad. İşçimenler İş Merkezi No:146/15 Konak/İzmir (“Lidya Tour”, “Company” or “We”). This text (“Privacy Agreement”) has been prepared for you, our valued users and visitors, through the privacy of your data and the management of the Site, and may be changed from time to time by Lidya Tour. We recommend that you view the text when you visit the Site.

1. Security of the User Account
For the security of your membership account, do not share the username and password you registered on the Site with anyone. When creating your password, we recommend using personalized combinations of numbers, letters, and special characters so that your password cannot be guessed by anyone other than you. Sharing your password or user information with third parties, or having this information fall into the hands of third parties, may result in important data such as your user information and reservation information being controlled by third parties. In such a case, we would like to remind you that you will be responsible for all actions carried out through your user account. Therefore, you may be the party to legally binding transactions carried out by others on your behalf. If the security of your password is compromised for any reason, you should change your password.

During your visit to the Site or when you become a member of the Site and make a reservation, you may share your personal data with us. The presence of links to such sites or web applications on this Site does not mean that their content or policies are approved by Lidya Tour, and we cannot be held responsible for these applications.

We take the necessary administrative and technical measures to protect your personal data shared with the Site against unauthorized access and disclosures, and accordingly use many tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.).
If we need to share your data with third parties, we act in accordance with laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Your credit card information is absolutely not stored on the Site; it is used only during the collection process by being securely transmitted to the relevant banks for authorization and is deleted from the system after authorization.
