Day 1 Istanbul – Düsseldorf – Amsterdam
Meet in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, depart for Düsseldorf at 06:50 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1523. Upon arrival at 09:00 local time, our vehicle waiting in the area will take us on a city tour of Düsseldorf, one of Germany’s most important cultural, artistic and industrial cities. The revolving restaurant Rheinturm, Schloss Benrath, where some of Germany’s most important thinkers were educated, the shopping street Königsallee and the lush green Hofgarten are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we set off for Amsterdam. During our city tour of Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, which borders Germany to the east and Belgium to the south, Dam Square, Central Station, the National Monument, the Royal Palace and the Flower Market are among the places to be seen. Day 2 Amsterdam – Zaanse Schans – Volendam – Giethoorn – Amsterdam
After having breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Fairy-Tale Villages and Water Canals (Zaanse Schans & Volendam & Giethoorn Hobbit Village) tour, which will be organized as an optional extra. (110 Euros) Our tour begins in the town of Zaanse Schans. One of the Netherlands’ hidden paradise towns, Zaanse Schans is a famous Dutch town with old historic windmills dating back to the 17th century that are still in operation, as well as untouched nature. In the Dutch town of Zaanse Schans, which boasts unparalleled beauty with its historic windmills and wooden houses, you will feel as though you are touring an open-air museum. The second stop on our tour is Marken. After exploring the interior of this wonderful island, which was once an island but was later connected to the mainland by filling in the area between them, we depart for Volendam. Volendam is a place that captivates people as soon as they see it, with its harbor, characteristic Dutch houses, and people wearing traditional clothing. After spending a pleasant time in this town, where you can taste delicious seafood and cheeses and buy inexpensive souvenirs, our final stop is Giethoorn Hobbit Village. Considered one of the few most beautiful places in the world, Giethoorn is one of Europe’s most enchanting destinations. Giethoorn gained its popularity after the 1958 film “Fanfare” was filmed here, and it has continued to grow in fame since the film, welcoming more than 800,000 tourists annually. Day 3 Amsterdam – Bruges – Ghent – Brussels
After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Brussels. Along the way, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Cities Bruges & Ghent tour. (90 Euros) Our first stop on the tour is Bruges, famous for its magnificent beauty. Today, Bruges is one of the most visited cities in Europe and was placed under UNESCO protection in 1991. With its medieval architecture, canals, narrow streets, bridges, historic buildings and squares, it has succeeded in becoming one of Europe’s most cherished cities. After touring this beautiful city, we head to Ghent, another city where time seems to have stood still. With a history dating back 1,400 years, Ghent was established where the Scheldt and Lys rivers meet and was one of the largest and wealthiest cities of the Middle Ages. After our tour of this city, which is famous for its medieval monuments and university, we depart for Brussels. One of the most remarkable stops on Benelux tours, Brussels stands out for its versatility. Thanks to its cosmopolitan character, the city offers travelers many different opportunities, and we will visit several of its valuable landmarks. Upon our arrival, the places we will see include the Royal Palace, the Chinese and Japanese houses, Brussels Cathedral, the city square, the Stock Exchange Building, the Atomium Monument and the Manneken Pis statue. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at a hotel in Brussels or the surrounding area.
Day 4 Brussels – Paris
After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Paris, one of the most romantic cities in the world. Upon our arrival in Paris, the places we will see include Charles de Gaulle Square and the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, the Louvre Museum and Pyramid, Place de l’Étoile, the Grand Palais and Petit Palais exhibition palaces, Place de la Concorde and its Obelisk, the French Parliament Building, Alexander III Bridge, the Seine River, Napoleon’s Tomb, and the Eiffel Tower. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at a hotel in Paris or its surroundings.
Day 5 Paris
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, our guests who wish may join the Magnificent Paris Masterpieces & Seine River Boat Tour (Eiffel Tower & Seine River Boat Ride & Montmartre Painters’ Hill & Sacré-Cœur Basilica & Notre Dame Cathedral), which will be organized as an optional extra. (110 Euros) The first stop of our tour is the Eiffel Tower, the city’s iconic landmark visited by millions of tourists every year. You will have the chance to see Paris from above by going up to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Afterwards, we will take a boat tour on the Seine River, which divides Paris in two. After seeing the historical landmarks on both banks of the river during the boat tour, we will take a cable car up Montmartre Hill, the highest point in Paris. Sacré-Cœur (Church of Vows) will be the first place we visit on this hill, which bears the traces of important artists such as Pablo Picasso, Henry Toulouse-Lautrec, Dalida, Vincent van Gogh and Jean Marais. After seeing this magnificent structure up close, we will visit Notre Dame Cathedral, described both as a symbol of French history and an indispensable part of Paris’s skyline, following a break at Place du Tertre, where you can shop and have your portrait drawn. Notre Dame Cathedral was built by order of King Louis VII, who ruled between 1137 and 1180, to demonstrate Paris’s political, economic and cultural power to the world. After seeing this magnificent structure, we will take a short photo break. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish may join the optional Paris Under Magnificent Lights tour. (35 Euros) The city of Paris is beautiful in its own way by day and by night. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to see the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre Museum, and many other boulevards, buildings and squares illuminated by lights. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at hotels in Paris or its surroundings.
Day 6 Paris – Luxembourg
Following breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Luxembourg. Upon arrival, our Luxembourg city tour begins. Notre Dame Cathedral, the Ducal Palace, the Town Hall and Constitution Square are among the places to be seen. Following our tour, guests who wish may join the optional Grand History and Mosaics (Trier & Remich & Schengen) tour, which will be organized as an extra. (65 Euros) Our first stop on the tour will be Trier, founded by the Romans in 15 BC and known as Germany’s oldest city. Located in the Moselle Wine Region, among low red sandstone hills covered with vines along the Moselle River, one of the tributaries of the Rhine, Trier is home to Porta Nigra, the largest surviving Roman city gate north of the Alps; Roman ruins included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site; St. Peter’s Cathedral and the Church of Our Lady; the Basilica of Constantine; and the house where Karl Marx, the revolutionary thinker and father of scientific socialism, was born, all of which we will see during our city tour. Following our visit to Trier, we depart for the tax-haven town of Remich, the place where you can shop at the lowest prices throughout our tour. Due to Luxembourg’s low-tax policies and its border location, you can purchase products such as chocolate, coffee and alcoholic beverages here at very low prices. Finally, we visit Schengen, where the borders of Germany, France and Luxembourg meet and where the free-movement agreement abolishing passport controls between European Union member states was signed. In this village, one of Europe’s important wine regions, you will have the opportunity to taste local wines and see the monument and building where the Schengen Agreement was signed. Day 7 Luxembourg – Strasbourg
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Strasbourg, one of the most beautiful cities in France and the pearl of the Alsace region. While exploring Strasbourg, you will feel as though you are traveling through history in one of Europe's largest cobblestoned medieval districts. With its fairytale-like natural surroundings and historical buildings, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and numerous works of art, it is a place well worth seeing. Strasbourg also holds historical significance as the place where the French national anthem, “La Marseillaise,” was written, and it emerges as a city where Alsatian culture blends with French architecture. During our city tour, Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Place Kléber, and the Petit France district, decorated with traditional Alsatian houses, will be among the places to see. Following our tour, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Alsace Fairytale Villages (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr) tour. (110 Euros) On our tour, during which we will want to take photographs at every opportunity from start to finish, our first visit will be to Eguisheim. Named the “Favorite French Village” in 2013, Eguisheim is a village where history and nature dance together. Its colorful houses, reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region, create Eguisheim’s postcard-like appearance. Following our tour, we head to Colmar, famous for its medieval historical buildings, Gothic-style churches, and colorful houses. While strolling through Colmar’s exceptionally well-preserved streets, the places to see will include St. Martin Cathedral, built entirely of pink stone; Little Venice, which resembles the Italian city of Venice with its small canals; Maison Pfister, one of Colmar’s oldest houses; and Maison des Têtes, a Renaissance building decorated with hundreds of faces. Our third stop on the tour is Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg is a fascinating part of the Alsace region, a medieval town in France. It is famous for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historic character. In particular, Château de Kaysersberg, dating back to the 13th century, is one of the town’s most prominent landmarks. The Sainte-Croix Church, located in the center of the town, attracts attention with its Gothic architecture. Following our tour, our final stop is Riquewihr, one of the most captivating towns in Alsace, featuring numerous half-timbered houses that give the town its charm. This historic village enchants visitors with its old houses decorated with colorful flowers, narrow streets, and medieval character surrounded by ramparts. During our tour, we will also see the remains of Riquewihr Castle and experience the medieval atmosphere by walking along the village’s old walls. Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Strasbourg or the surrounding area. Overnight at a hotel in Strasbourg or the surrounding area.
Day 8 Strasbourg – Freiburg – Basel
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we will vacate the rooms and depart for Freiburg. Freiburg, Germany’s fourth-largest city, is a medieval city steeped in history, located near the Black Forests and enchanting its visitors with its natural beauty. During the city tour we will take here, the Münster Cathedral, one of the city’s symbols and one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture, Markthalle (Indoor Market), Münsterplatz (Grand Square), Rathausplatz, Kaiser Joseph Street, Augustiner Platz, Adelhauser Platz, and Gerberau will be among the places we see. Following our tour, we will depart for Basel. Upon arrival, our city tour will begin. Basel, Switzerland’s third most populous city after Zurich and Geneva, is a magnificent city that encompasses both modern and historical textures and contains many treasures despite its small area. During the city tour we will take in this city, Basel Cathedral, where the grave of the famous Dutch Renaissance writer Erasmus is located, the city’s main square Marktplatz, the Government Building, and Hotel Les Trois Roi will be among the places we see. Following our tour, we will depart for Basel Airport. After the baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul at 19.00 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1926. Arrival at 23.05 local time and the end of our tour.

Any no-show fees resulting from the cancellation or changes to airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
- The city where the aircraft lands may vary. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible for schedule changes that may be made by airlines or for possible delays.
- Airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
- For most flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20Kg’s. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 Kg’s. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of LİDYA TOUR.
- If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
- The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day/day(s), depending on the time of arrival in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide’s discretion and for any reason, be conducted on another day other than the specified day/day(s).
