Day 1 Istanbul – Basel – Strasbourg
Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport international departures terminal 3 hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticket and passport procedures, departure for Basel at 08:50 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1923. Following arrival in Basel at 10:00 local time, our city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Basel, Switzerland’s third most populous city after Zurich and Geneva, is a magnificent city that combines modern and historical textures and, despite its small area, contains many treasures. During our city tour, Basel Cathedral, where the tomb of the famous Dutch Renaissance writer Erasmus is located, the city’s main square Marktplatz, the Government Building and Hotel Les Trois Roi will be among the sights visited. After our tour, departure for Strasbourg, one of France’s most beautiful cities and the pearl of the Alsace region. While exploring Strasbourg, you will feel as though you are journeying through history in one of Europe’s largest cobblestoned medieval neighborhoods. With its fairytale-like nature and historical buildings, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals and numerous works of art, it is a place well worth seeing. Strasbourg also has historical significance as the place where the French national anthem, “La Marseillaise,” was written, and presents itself as a city where Alsatian culture is blended with French architecture. During our city tour, Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Place Kléber and the Petit France district decorated with traditional Alsatian houses will also be among the sights visited. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Strasbourg or its surroundings.
Day 2 Strasbourg – Eguisheim – Colmar – Kaysersberg – Riquewihr – Strasbourg
After the breakfast to be served at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional tour of the Magnificent Fairy-Tale Villages of Alsace (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr). (110 Euros) Throughout our tour, during which we will want to take photographs at every opportunity from beginning to end, our first visit will be to Egusheim. Named the “Favorite French Village” in 2013, Egusheim is a village where history and nature dance together. Its colorful houses, reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region, create Equesheim’s postcard-like appearance. Following our tour, we depart for Colmar, famous for its historic buildings dating back to the Middle Ages, Gothic-style churches, and colorful houses. While strolling through Colmar’s remarkably well-preserved streets, the St. Martin Cathedral, built entirely of pink stones; Little Venice, reminiscent of the Italian city of Venice with its small canals; Maison Pfister, one of Colmar’s oldest houses; and Maison des Tetes, a Renaissance building decorated with hundreds of faces, are among the places to be seen. Our third stop on the tour is Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg is a fascinating part of the Alsace region, a medieval town in France. It is famous for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historic texture. In particular, the Château de Kaysersberg castle, dating back to the 13th century, is one of the town’s most distinctive landmarks. The Sainte-Croix Church, located in the center of the town, draws attention with its Gothic architecture. Following our visit, we proceed to our final stop, Riquewihr, one of the most enchanting towns of Alsace, featuring numerous half-timbered houses that give the town its charm. This historic village fascinates its visitors with its old houses adorned with colorful flowers, narrow streets, and medieval character surrounded by ramparts. During our tour, we will also see the remains of Riquewihr Castle and feel the medieval atmosphere by walking along the village’s old ramparts. Following our tour, transfer to our hotel in Strasbourg. Overnight at our hotel in Strasbourg or the surrounding area.
Day 3 Strasbourg – Heidelberg – Baden-Baden – Outlet Center – Strasbourg
Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish may join the Magnificent Germany Duo (Heidelberg & Baden Baden & Outlet Center) tour, which will be organized as an optional extra. (110 Euros) On our tour, we depart for our first stop, Heidelberg. While the streets, squares, and buildings of this city make you feel the Middle Ages at every corner, they will take you on a journey through time. A tranquil, elegant, and refined city, Heidelberg will welcome you with the harmony of its architecture and colors. During our city tour here, Hauptstrasse, Marktplatz Square, the Old Bridge, and Heidelberg Castle are among the places to be seen. After our tour, our second stop is Baden Baden, a nature-surrounded source of oxygen and a cultural and artistic center, offering countless attractions including thermal springs and even Europe’s most famous casino. We explore Baden Baden, a unique international travel destination that has inspired many famous writers and composers, and then provide free time at the outlet center, where many renowned brands are gathered together. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 Strasbourg – Rhine Falls, Schaffhausen – Zurich – Lucerne – Strasbourg
Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Schaffhausen Rhine Falls and Swiss Cities (Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne) tour. (130 Euros) The first stop on our tour is the natural wonder of the Rhine Falls, which is Europe’s largest waterfall, measuring 150 meters in width and 23 meters in height. Embraced by the powerful branches of the Rhine River, this place is a paradise where you will find peace while watching the dance of the deep blue waters. After an enchanting walk amid the power of the water and the impressive scenery, our 2nd stop is Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city, which welcomes millions of visitors every year with its historic center, striking Gothic-style churches, and historic buildings. After seeing the Grossmünster and Fraumünster Churches and St. Peterskirche Church, home to Europe’s largest clock tower, we tour Bahnhofstrasse, considered the city’s shopping center. After our tour, we travel to Lucerne, a historic city located in central Switzerland at the foothills of the Alps. In this enchanting city, after seeing the Lion Monument, built in memory of the 800 Swiss soldiers who were martyred while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge, and the magnificent view of Lake Lucerne, we finish our tour and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Strasbourg or the surrounding area.
Day 5 Strasbourg – Freiburg – Basel – Istanbul
After breakfast, check-out and departure for Freiburg. Freiburg, the fourth-largest city in Germany, is a medieval city steeped in history, located near the Black Forests and enchanting its visitors with its natural beauty. During our city tour here, sights will include Münster Cathedral, the symbol of the city and one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture, Markthalle (Covered Market), Münsterplatz (Main Square), Rathausplatz, Kaiser Joseph Street, Augustiner Platz, Adelhauser Platz, and Gerberau. Following our tour, departure for Basel Airport. After baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport procedures, departure for Istanbul at 18:05 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1926. Arrival at 23:15 local time and the end of our tour.

- During registration, the name as shown on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any no-show fees arising from the cancellation or change of airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
- The city where the aircraft lands may vary. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or possible delays by the airlines.
- Airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
- In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Türkiye is 20Kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of LİDYA TOUR.
- If the number of people required to participate in the package tour is not reached, the cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
- The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may take place on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide’s discretion and for any reason, take place on a day other than the specified day/days.

- In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and / or is an additional folding bed.
