Day 1 Istanbul – Tokyo
Meeting with our valued guests in front of the All Nippon Airways counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight. Following baggage and ticket procedures, departing for Tokyo on a scheduled All Nippon Airways flight. Overnight on the plane.
Day 2 Tokyo – Osaka
Upon arrival, departing for Osaka ITM Airport on a domestic All Nippon Airways flight. Upon our arrival in Osaka, we begin our panoramic Osaka city tour. During our tour, we set out to visit Osaka Castle, a historic castle built in the 16th century that played a key role in the unification of Japan, followed by the Umeda Sky Building, one of Osaka’s landmarks. Located very close to Osaka and Umeda train stations, this impressive structure consists of two towers 173 meters high. The towers are connected by a platform on the 39th floor called the “Floating Garden Observatory.” Thanks to both its glass-enclosed indoor area and open-air terrace, the observatory offers visitors unique views of Osaka’s cityscape. After our tour, free time. Guests who wish may join the Osaka by Night Tour (€50 per person) to be organized additionally by our guide. During our tour, the Dotonbori district, Shinsaibashi, the heart of shopping, and Namba Street, the area known for its restaurants, will be among the places visited. After our tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3 Osaka
We begin the day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by free time. Guests who wish may join the Kyoto & Nara & Kobe Tour (€180 per person) to be organized additionally by our guide. We set out for Nara, our first stop. Our first destination is Todaiji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest wooden structures in the country. During our visit to Nara Park, we will have the opportunity to see deer roaming freely throughout the area. Founded in 1880, this park is also home to more than 1,200 wild Sika deer. We will have free time here before departing for Kyoto, our next stop. We set out for Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of its best-preserved cities, which was not even bombed during the war. Upon arrival, we will visit Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Temple), built according to Zen beliefs and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After completing our tour, we set out for Kobe. During our tour of Kobe, one of Japan’s ten largest cities, located between the sea and the Rokko mountain range and also considered one of Japan’s most attractive cities, Kobe Port, Kitano Ijinkan Street, and the iconic Ferris wheel will be among the sights. Then, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4 Osaka – Tokyo
We begin the day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by our journey to Tokyo by Shinkansen. This journey by Shinkansen, the world’s fastest train capable of reaching speeds of up to 320 km/h, will take approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arrival in Tokyo, the heart of Japan, we depart for a panoramic Tokyo city tour. Our first stop is Asakusa Temple (Senso-ji Temple), a historic temple completed in 645 and said, according to legends, to have been built by two brothers, with its giant entrance gate called “Kaminarimon.” Our next stop is Nakamise Shopping Street. We will have free time on this street, which features beautiful souvenirs and delicious street food. Guests who wish may join the Tokyo by Night Tour (€55 per person) to be organized additionally by our guide. We head toward Shibuya, one of Tokyo’s main attractions. In this district, one of Tokyo’s most popular areas and a center of fashion, entertainment, and shopping, renowned for its pedestrian crossing and lights reminiscent of a human tide, we will visit the famous intersection. The intersection is decorated with neon lights and enormous video advertisements; when the traffic light turns green for pedestrians, the intersection fills with people, making it a wonderful photo spot. We will also take a photo break in front of the Hachiko Statue and have the opportunity to learn its story. After our tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 5 Tokyo
We begin the day with breakfast at our hotel, followed by free time. Guests who wish may join the Tokyo Combined & Premium Outlet Tour (€125 per person) [Ueno Park & Akihabara Electric Town & East Garden & Shisui Premium Outlet], to be organized additionally. Our first stop is Ueno Park, where Sakura and Hanami celebrations are held and which is Japan’s most popular city park, receiving more than 10 million visitors a year. Our next stop is Akihabara, Tokyo’s popular “Electric Town,” one of the city’s most famous neighborhoods, featuring many different types of electronics stores and street stalls. We will have time for shopping here. Our next stop will be the East Gardens of the Tokyo Imperial Palace. After our short walk here, our next stop is Ginza Street. We continue our tour after free time in Tokyo’s most famous luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment district, home to numerous stores, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and cafés. After completing our visit here, we proceed to the final stop of the day, which is, following our visit here, free time and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 6 Tokyo
We begin the day with breakfast at our hotel, followed by free time. Guests who wish may join the Hakone & Mount Fuji & Lake Ashi Tour (€160 per person) to be organized additionally by our guide. We depart for Hakone, located approximately 2 hours from Tokyo, which will fascinate you with its hot springs, natural beauty, and scenery. First, we stop at Oshino Hakkai village to enjoy a panoramic view of Mount Fuji. Our next stop is Owakudani, formed approximately 3,000 years ago as a result of the eruption of Mount Hakone. With its sulfurous fumes and hot steam, Owakudani remains an active volcanic area today. After our tour, we head to the town of Hakone, our next stop, located at the foot of Mount Fuji. Here, we will enjoy a pleasant boat ride on Lake Ashi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and experience the town’s natural beauty up close. After the boat ride, free time and return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 7 Tokyo
We begin the day with breakfast at our hotel, followed by free time. Guests who wish may join the Kamakura & Bamboo Gardens Tour with Traditional Japanese Tea & Yokohama (€150 per person) to be organized additionally by our guide. Our first stop is the Kamakura Great Buddha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The bronze statue, 13.35 meters high including its base and weighing approximately 93 tons, is also of great significance from a religious historical perspective. After seeing this work, which was created during the Kamakura period, when feudalism began in Japan and the samurai emerged, and dates back to 1252, we depart for Hokoku-ji Temple, our next stop. This temple, which holds an important place in Buddhism and is known for its bamboo gardens covering approximately 13,000 square meters, was founded by a priest named Tengan Eko to honor the ancestor of the Ashikaga clan. We embark on a brief exploration inside this unique temple, nicknamed “Take-dera,” meaning “bamboo temple,” formed by more than 2,000 bamboo plants. During our visit, we take a short break to drink traditional Japanese green tea. After our visit here, we depart for the city of Yokohama. We return to the hotel following our city tour of this city, Japan’s second-largest after Tokyo. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 8 Tokyo – Istanbul
In the early hours of the day, we check out after collecting breakfast boxes from the hotel and transfer to Tokyo Airport. Following completion of the baggage and check-in procedures, departing for Istanbul on a scheduled All Nippon Airways flight. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.

The extra tours along the route will take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at rest stops, recreational facilities, or similar locations.
In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, our agencies will be informed in writing of the hotel area at least 30 days before the tour departure.
Our Japan programs do not offer accommodation in triple rooms; accommodation is provided in single and double rooms.
Since triple rooms are not available in some European cities, hotels may provide a double room + a single room instead of a triple room.

Infant guests aged 0 to 1.99 years may participate in the extra tours free of charge if the adult guests staying with them participate.
For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn passports.
For the visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of documents required for the visa, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency in full with written confirmation at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, our agencies will be informed in writing of the hotel area at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry to the tour destination or from the country where the longest stay will take place; otherwise, Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if passport control officers do not permit entry into the country.
In the event of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and assumes no responsibility if the visa is rejected for any reason, is not issued in time, and/or contains errors; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from Lidya Tour under any circumstances.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
During registration, the name appearing on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show charges resulting from the cancellation or changes of flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before departure, and our guests must call the central office and obtain written confirmation of all times 48 hours before the departure dates.
The city where the aircraft lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or possible delays caused by airlines.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic flight connections by guests who have not confirmed their flight times and route.
Airline rules for group tickets apply; under the group ticket rules, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If the number of people required to participate in the package tour is not reached, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary.
City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s), depending on the arrival time in the city.
The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on a different day, at the guide's discretion and for any reason, instead of the specified day(s).
The extra tours along the route will take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at the rest stop.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodation may be provided outside the city.
Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. Alternative tours may be conducted provided that a minimum of 20 people participate; if fewer people participate, they may be conducted at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the named hotel.
Extra beds are provided in triple rooms; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable bed.
When leaving the vehicles used during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
Child discounts are valid only for children within the specified age group staying with 2 adults.
When children under the age of 18 who are not legally adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, they are required to carry the necessary parental consent forms with them during the journey.
In the event of cancellation or changes, the “LIDYA TOUR SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.
