Day 1 Istanbul – Belgrade
On the first day of our trip, we begin our tour at 19:00 in front of Kadıköy Marriage Office, at 19:30 in front of Mecidiyeköy Auto Expert, at 20:00 in front of İncirli Ömür Plaza, and at 20:30 in front of Beylikdüzü Marmara Park. After our needed shopping break in Edirne, and after completing passport and customs procedures at our Kapıkule border gate, we cross to the Bulgarian side. Following the route Svilengrad-Plovdiv-Sofia, we continue to Belgrade.
Day 2 Belgrade - Subotica
After arriving in Belgrade around noon, we begin our panoramic city tour. As one of the oldest cities in Europe and a new symbol of vibrancy and movement, we start our Belgrade city tour on Knez Mihailova Street, the city’s most elegant avenue. Then we head to Belgrade Fortress, one of the supply centers of the Ottoman fleet, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded in the cause of its conquest, but its conquest was achieved by Suleiman the Magnificent. Inside the fortress, we will see the Key Handover Monument, the French monument, the Istanbul Gate, the Military Museum, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the Sokullu fountain, and the terrace area where we will see the meeting point of the Danube and Sava rivers, offering the city’s most beautiful view. After our tour, we have free time. Then transfer to our hotel for accommodation. Overnight at our hotel in Novi Sad, Subotica, or nearby.

Day 3 Subotica – Szeged – Parndorf Designer Outlet – Vienna
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Szeged, the third-largest city in Hungary, located on the country’s southern border. Situated on the banks of the Tisza River, Szeged is also known as the "City of Sunshine." The Tisza gives life to the city, but it has also been the source of devastating floods such as the 1879 disaster. Szeged, where Attila the Hun likely set foot, served during the Ottoman period as the sanjak center first of Buda and then of Eger under the name Segedin. On our panoramic tour, we see the Votive Church and the City Square and then give free time. After the tour, we head to Parndorf Outlet, where world-famous brands are sold. After our outlet tour, transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish may participate in the Vienna Concert activity organized by the guide in the evening. (65EUR) In Vienna, the capital of classical music, we have the chance to watch one of Vienna’s famous classical music concerts as an extra. Overnight at our hotel in Vienna.

Day 4 Vienna – Hallstatt – Wels
After breakfast at our hotel, we leave for the Vienna city tour. We begin our Vienna city tour. The Opera House, University, Parliament Building, Theater, Hofburg Palace, and the Museum District are among the places to see. After the tour, free time with explanations from your guide. After free time, we head to Hallstatt, the famous town as a copy of China in Europe and called the most beautiful village in Europe. In Hallstatt, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list, after a short promotional stop and walk by the lake, you may spend the free time sitting on benches by the lake and watching the swans and the peaceful view, stroll through the side streets among the beautiful houses, and shop in stores selling local products at Hallstatt’s central Market Square. After our Hallstatt excursion, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Wels, Linz, or nearby.

Day 5 Wels – Cesky Krumlov – Prague
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Cesky Krumlov, a medieval town. Along with being a precious jewel of the Czech Republic, it is also a town on UNESCO’s World Heritage list. Cesky Krumlov, which fell into ruin during the darkest periods of communism, experienced a rebirth from the 1990s onward and reflected its beauty to all guests who visited. You will be enchanted by Cesky Krumlov. After a short break, we head to Prague. Upon arrival in Prague, on our panoramic city tour, we will see the Hradcany Castle District, Loreta Church, the Presidential Palace, St. Vitus Cathedral, which took 600 years to build and contains neo-Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque features, Franz Kafka’s house, Charles Bridge built in the 13th century by Chief Architect Peter Parler and featuring 31 statues of saints, the Old Town Square, the historic Astronomical Clock Tower built in the 15th century with 12 apostles, and the Tyn Church. After our city tour, free time. Guests who wish may participate in the Czech Night activity organized by the guide in the evening. (65EUR) In Prague’s local restaurants, you will spend an enjoyable evening with music and dances unique to Czechia and the delicious flavors of Czech cuisine. Overnight at our hotel in Prague.

Day 6 Prague – Bratislava - Esztergom – Visegrad – Szentendre – Budapest
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. In our Bratislava city tour, one of the richest capitals of Central Europe, we will see the Bratislava riverbanks, the Holocaust Monument, St. Martin’s Cathedral, the palace buildings where Mozart gave his first concert at age 6 and F. Liszt at age 9, Michael’s Gate, the old town square, Napoleon’s Military and Slovak State Theater Building. After our Bratislava tour, we first visit Esztergom Cathedral and the remains of the fortress from the Ottoman era. Then we visit the magnificent Visegrad, a medieval castle and also a hunting palace. On this tour, Visegrad Castle will be seen panoramically. Then we go to a small town called Szentendre. In this town, where you can find handmade tablecloths, crystal, porcelain products, souvenirs, drinks, etc., after free time we head to Budapest. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Budapest.

Day 7 Budapest - Belgrade
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our Budapest city tour. On our panoramic city tour in Budapest, the places to see include Erzsebet Bridge, Gellért Hill, Fisherman’s Bastion, St. Matthias Cathedral, Chain Bridge, Parliament Building, and Heroes’ Square. Guests who wish may participate in the Danube River boat activity organized by the guide. (35EUR) At the end of the tour, free time and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

Day 8 Belgrade – Sofia – Istanbul
After breakfast, check-out from the rooms and departure: arrival in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Following arrival, the Sofia panoramic city tour will take place. In our excursion, St. Nedelya Church, the Rotunda Church, the Russian Church, St. Sophia Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Prime Ministry, Parliament, Sofia University, and Banya Bashi Mosque are among the places to see. After the bus journey, departure for Istanbul and arrival. Our tour comes to an end. We hope to see you again on another tour organization. (Depending on customs crossing times, arrival may be late on the following day.)

INFORMATION
To be able to shop and spend money in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros with us. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing with you for the evening.
In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied in the daily seating arrangement, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum 3-day accommodation requirement in order to bring items (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.).
Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, excluding wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
In the tour program, the Guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown.
Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by us.
In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by us 2 days before the departure of the trip.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by us 15 days before the departure date of the tour
3-person rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants in the tour are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.
Breakfasts included in the services of the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country where the stay takes place and are generally presented as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. LİDYA TOUR is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities, places not permitted to be visited or entered, or because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.
During the journey, waiting times at customs gates crossed by road may exceed standards, and Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may change depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts, and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
For those participating in tours by plane, the Check-in and boarding procedures to be carried out are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the airlines' websites.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure of persons who are not present at the specified airport at the announced times for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, to take the flight. All expenses for new round-trip plane tickets required for those who miss the plane to join the tour, and all costs related to their transfers in the destination region, shall be borne by them.
LİDYA TOUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. LİDYA TOUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
