Halkidiki-Salonika – Kavala – Thassos Island Tour

Day 1 Istanbul –Keşan - Kavala
On the first day of our tour, departure at 22:00 from in front of Kadıköy Marriage Office, 22.30 from in front of Mecidiyeköy Auto Inspection, 23.00 from in front of Bakırköy Ömür Shopping Center, 23:30 from in front of Beylikdüzü Marmara Park, following the Silivri – Keşan highway to reach the İpsala border gate. After passport and customs procedures, journey to Thessaloniki by following the Dedeağaç - Gümülcine - İskeçe highway.
Day 2 Kavala – Halkidiki - Salonika
Upon our arrival in Kavala, we take a break for breakfast and to taste the delicious Kavala cookies. After the breakfast break, we take a short photo stop on the beautiful Kavala coasts and head to the world-famous Halkidiki peninsula. Free time all day to swim and sunbathe at one of the famous beaches in Halkidiki peninsula, known for its sea, beaches, bays, villages, and hotels. Afterwards, upon arrival in Thessaloniki, panoramic city tour; the promenade, White Tower, Round Tower, Fair Square, Ottoman and Byzantine works, Aya Dimitros Cathedral, the largest cathedral in Greece, the Statue of Alexander the Great, Hamza Bey Mosque, E. Venezelo - P. Konstantin statues, Vardar, Makedonia, Aristoteles, and Elefterios squares are among the places to be seen. At the end of the tour, we visit the house of the Great Leader Atatürk and transfer to our hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish may join the Greek Tavern tour organized extra by our guide. Unlimited fun accompanied by delicious food, Greek music and bouzouki. (65EUR). (Note: For our guests who do not join the tavern tour, the round-trip Thessaloniki evening transfer is 15EUR per person.) Overnight at our hotel.
Breakfast: Will be taken as an extra on the way. Soup, breakfast plate, pastry, and brewed tea alternatives may be considered.
Lunch: Will be taken extra during free time in Thessaloniki city center. Guide recommendation: you may prefer seafood at fish restaurants along the promenade.
Dinner: Our guests who wish may join the Tavern Tour organized as an extra.

Day 3 Salonika – Keramoti – (Thassos Island-Panagia Village) – Dedeağaç – Istanbul
After breakfast, depart for Keramoti. Upon arrival, free time all day in Keramoti. Our guests who wish may join the Thassos Island tour organized as an extra. (35EUR) After arriving on Thassos Island by ship, we enjoy the sea, sand, and sun at one of the island's most famous beaches. Then we go to Panagia Village, famous for the island's honey and olive oils. At 17:00, we depart from the beach and return to Keramoti by ship. Departing from Keramoti, we pass through the cities of İskeçe & Gümülcine & Dedeağaç panoramically and travel to the İpsala border gate. After passport and customs procedures, we travel to Istanbul following the Keşan-Tekirdağ-Silivri highway. After a free meatball break in Tekirdağ, the program ends with arrival at the Istanbul starting points in the evening.

Lunch: Will be taken extra during free time in Keramoti city center or on Thasos Island

INFORMATION
- Our guests who participate must обязательно have a valid Schengen visa for the entire tour duration. (Holders of Green Passports are exempt from visa requirements.)
- During the tour, to be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program, it is sufficient to have Euros with us. In regions where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is useful to have a cardigan or similar clothing with you for the night.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum 3-day accommodation requirement in order to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (except alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drink (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, the guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown.
- Our guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If there are fewer than 30 days left until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if there are 20 days or less left, a 100% penalty applies. Unfortunately, hospital reports, workplace permission documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted with the participant's cancellation request are not accepted for the cancellation of the hotel and services they will receive outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Lidya Tour.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Lidya Tour 2 days before the trip departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Lidya Tour 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
- 3-person rooms are allocated according to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, tour participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid only for one child who stays with 2 adults and matches the relevant age group.
- Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country in question and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. For panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow sightseeing or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if it becomes impossible to do the tour due to weather conditions, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may, within possibilities, be carried out by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
- During travel, waiting times at customs gates crossed by road may exceed the standard; Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Lidya Tour service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts, and after the tour is completed, they are picked up from the point where they were dropped off.
- The check-in and boarding procedures that must be done for those joining tours by plane are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online on the airline companies' websites.
- Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure of people who are not present at the airport at the times announced by Lidya Tour for participation in the tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, to carry out the flight. The round-trip new plane tickets required for people who miss the plane to join the tour, and all expenses related to their transfers in the region to be visited, are their own responsibility.
- Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, or the hours may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to announce these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of a change in time. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fee.
