Day 1 Izmir – Stockholm - Turku
Meeting in front of the Sun Express Airlines counter at Adnan Menderes Airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, after ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart at 02:20 for Stockholm with SunExpress Airlines flight number XQ 934. After arrival at 05:10 local time, we board our tour bus. At Fjällgatan Hill, famous for its panoramic view and one of the first stops of our city tour, we will admire the magnificence of the city over the water and its dance with the islands. Then, taking a journey through a time tunnel, we descend into the heart of Gamla Stan (Old Town), which dates back to the Middle Ages, with its cobblestone narrow streets and colorful buildings. Here, especially during the winter months, in Christmas Square (Stortorget), famous for its colorful houses that take on a fairytale atmosphere, we will experience the Scandinavian magic to the fullest. Along our tour route, we will discover important points that reflect the spirit of the city, such as Djurgården Park, which offers a breath of fresh air with its lush nature, the magnificent City Hall (Stadshuset), an architectural masterpiece that hosts Nobel banquets, the magnificent National Theatre Building (Dramaten), which brings together seven arts under one roof, the Stock Exchange Building, the heart of commerce, and the relaxing Kungsträdgården Park. Right after our tour, enriched with guide explanations, free time for shopping begins so that you can freely lose yourself in the magic of Stockholm’s streets. While strolling through Stockholm’s chic boutiques or taking a fika (Swedish coffee break) and feeling the medieval magic, you can find gifts to accompany your memories. At the end of this magical adventure in the city, we head to the port and board the magnificent ship that will depart by sea to TURKU Port in Finland. Spending the night on this enjoyable cruise, we complete the fairytale Stockholm day. Day 2 Turku – Helsinki – (Suomenlinna Island Tour by Boat) – Helsinki
After our ship docks at Turku Port in the early morning hours (the arrival port may vary depending on the tour), we reach Helsinki, the capital of Finland, with a short and pleasant journey into the heart of a modern metropolis. With the Helsinki City Tour waiting for us here, we witness the elegance of this northern pearl, home to many commercial and cultural structures. During our tour, we will admire Scandinavian architecture at the historic Senate Square, home to the famous Helsinki Cathedral with its bright white and imposing structure reflecting the spirit of the capital, and then discover many of the city’s symbolic and important points, such as the Kamppi Chapel, a symbol of modern architecture with its wooden interior offering serenity. After completing our tour in the city center, we embark on an exciting journey to the legendary Finnish Fortress, once called the “Gibraltar of the North.” Here, while gliding around Suomenlinna Island by boat, we will have the opportunity to closely see the history-scented fortifications and architecture of this uniquely beautiful sea fortress, which is listed among UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This breathtaking tour through Finland’s sometimes harsh, sometimes fierce, but always enchanting blue waters offers unforgettable moments where the sea and history embrace. Day 3 Helsinki - Tallinn
After having breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Helsinki to Tallinn. We head to Tallinn, the pearl of the Baltic Sea and the capital of Estonia. After a short and pleasant sea journey, we set foot on land in the shadow of Tallinn’s medieval walls. In our Tallinn City Tour, which draws us in from the very beginning, we surrender ourselves to an atmosphere straight out of a fairy tale book. We salute the famous Three Sisters Building, which has become a symbol of the city and carries traces of the past, and then feel the rhythm of history in the lively Tallinn Old Town Square (Raekoja Plats), considered the heart of the city. During our tour, we witness the magnificence of the impressive Alexander Nevsky Cathedral with its onion domes piercing the sky, pass by the Eesti Mere Museum shedding light on Estonian maritime history, and admire the magnificent Toompea Castle, which symbolizes the city’s historical power. Passing through Viru Gate, iconic with its towers and welcoming you at the entrance to the city, we have the opportunity to see the oldest still-active pharmacy in Europe, which has been serving continuously since 1422 — a living testament to how history touches modern life! After having breakfast at our hotel, we turn our route to Riga, the capital of Latvia and the most dynamic capital of the Baltics. But the real magical stop is hidden along our way: the breathtaking Sigulda Tour, known as the Switzerland of Latvia. Here, we surrender ourselves to the unique beauty of Gauja National Park, located in the heart of Baltic nature and famous for its lush landscapes and tranquility. We salute historical and natural wonders such as the legendary Gutman Cave and the magnificent Turaida Castle and Museum, which carry traces of the Middle Ages, with a panoramic view. After this unforgettable nature-filled tour of Sigulda, we arrive in Riga, considered one of the world’s best-preserved historic cities and famous for its architectural richness. In the panoramic Riga City Tour that begins immediately upon our arrival, we trace different art movements in every corner of the city. Day 5 Riga – Rundale Palace - Vilnius
After having breakfast at our hotel, we set off from Latvia to Vilnius, the enchanting capital of Lithuania. But before reaching Vilnius, an impressive stop of history and architecture awaits us: the Rundale Palace Tour, free for all our guests! Built in Latvia for the Dukes of Courland, this magnificent structure, one of two great Baroque palaces (the other being Jelgava Palace), is one of the most striking displays of art and wealth in the Baltics. We step back in time in the palace’s gilded halls and eye-catching gardens, witnessing the elegance of the Baroque era. Immediately after this unforgettable palace visit, we continue without slowing down toward the heart of Lithuania, Vilnius. In our panoramic city tour that begins upon arrival, we enjoy the Middle Ages and Baroque atmosphere in the narrow streets of the UNESCO-protected Old Town (Senamiestis). We see the magnificent Vilnius Cathedral and the lively Cathedral Square, the spiritual centers of the city, and then admire St. Anne’s Church, the red-brick jewel of Gothic architecture. We visit the Three Crosses monument, located at a point dominating the city’s panoramic view, and Hill of Crosses, a spiritual area symbolizing Lithuania’s deep faith. Day 6 Vilnius – Kaunas - Warsaw
After having breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Kaunas, the country’s second-largest city, reflecting its cultural and historical richness. In this lively city, we join a panoramic Kaunas City Tour and discover the structures Lithuania is proud of. As we pass in front of the historic Presidential Palace, built in 1846 in an eye-catching Neo-Baroque style, we witness the city’s political importance in the past. Feeling the energy of Vilnianus Street, one of Kaunas’s most vibrant arteries, we then admire the magnificent Kaunas Town Hall, also known by locals as the White Swan (The White Swan), because its elegant 53-meter white clock tower resembles a swan. The ancient Kaunas Castle, symbolizing the city’s historical defensive power and located at a strategic point where the Nemunas and Neris Rivers meet, is among the places we will see. At the end of this short but impressive tour of Kaunas, we turn our route beyond the Baltics toward Warsaw, the capital and symbol of Poland’s rebirth. This long and comfortable journey ahead offers us the chance to watch the changing landscapes of Eastern Europe. Day 7 Warsaw – Lodz - Warsaw
After having breakfast at our hotel, we begin a special exploration that will take us to Łódź, one of Poland’s dynamic cities: the Łódź Tour, free for all our guests! This city, which combines the legacy of the industrial revolution with modern art and life, is especially famous for one of Europe’s longest commercial streets. Stretching for about four kilometers, the legendary Piotrkowska Street, closed to vehicle traffic and lined on both sides with eye-catching shops, stylish cafés, and delicious restaurants, immerses us in the energy of Łódź. With the long and enjoyable free time given here, we not only have the chance to shop but also to fully explore the city’s unique architecture and lively atmosphere. Whether you hunt for the latest fashion items in unique boutiques or examine the art installations along the street, we will have plenty of time for shopping. At the end of this satisfying and colorful Łódź adventure, enriched with the day’s impressions, we return to Warsaw. Overnight at our hotel in Warsaw, the capital of Poland.

Day 8 Warsaw - Izmir
After having breakfast at our hotel, we begin the Warsaw City Tour, the capital of Poland rising from its ashes. Our first stop is the historic center, where we will have the opportunity to see the magnificent Royal Castle, built of brick, considered one of Europe’s largest royal residences. Castle Square (Plac Zamkowy), home to the castle and famous for the statue of King Sigismund in its center, is the city’s most iconic meeting point. Then, we enter the Old Town (Old Town) area, known locally as Stare Miasto, which enchants with its cobblestone narrow streets and beautifully restored historic buildings. This area, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the city’s most popular stop for people-watching, shopping, or tasting traditional flavors. As we stroll around the lively Old Town Market Square (Rynek Starego Miasta), located in the heart of the historic city center, we discover the impressive Warsaw Barbican, one of the rare remains of the city’s fortification system dating back to the 16th century and faithfully restored after World War II. In the later moments of our tour, we visit the sad and meaningful Monument commemorating the 1943 Warsaw Ghetto Uprising during World War II, and finally complete this comprehensive city tour by walking along the elegant Krakowskie Street, one of the popular stops for both tourists and locals. At the end of the tour, we have free time and then transfer to Warsaw Airport. After completing our check-in, baggage, and customs procedures, we take our non-stop direct flight to Izmir on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 871 at 21:25.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- During the tour, credit card use is recommended so that shopping and spending can be made in all countries included in the program. Each country has its own currency, and the most common and secure payment method is a bank card or credit card. If we have euros, currency exchange will only be possible at available places.- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night.
- In our tours, rotation (seat change) is applied daily in seat planning, and fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there must be at least 3 days of accommodation in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

- During the tour program, guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure. If there are less than 30 days left until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies, and if there are 20 days or less left, a 100% penalty applies. Hospital reports obtained from authorities in Turkey submitted together with the cancellation request, workplace permission documents, etc. unfortunately are not accepted for the cancellation of hotel and service arrangements outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Lidya Tour.
- In cases where category information is provided without mentioning names in the tour program and/or alternatives are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Lidya Tour 2 days before the trip departure.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Lidya Tour 15 days before the departure date of the tour
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crampedness in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program’s services are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, with commentary by the guide from inside the vehicle and excluding museum and archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to perform the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- During travel, waiting times at border gates crossed by road may exceed standards, and Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Lidya Tour service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may change according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
- For people participating in tours with flights, the required check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at airports or online through the airlines' websites.
- Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability of people who are not present at the airport at the times notified by Lidya Tour for participation in the tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, to make the flight. The cost of new round-trip plane tickets required for people who miss the plane to join the tour and all expenses related to their transfers in the destination region are their responsibility.
- Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
