Day 1 İzmir – Dortmund-Amsterdam
Meeting in front of the SunExpress Airlines check-in counter in the international departures terminal of İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport 3 hours before the flight. Following baggage, ticket and passport procedures, departure for Dortmund at 05:00 on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ936. After arriving at 07:20 local time, our Dortmund city tour begins with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Dortmund is a vibrant city in Germany’s Ruhr region that blends its industrial heritage with modern life. Thanks to its expansive parks, cultural centers and especially its strong football atmosphere associated with Borussia Dortmund, it offers both a peaceful and energetic city experience. During our panoramic city tour, Alter Markt, Altes Stadthaus (Old Town Hall), St. Reinold's Church (Reinoldikirche), which bears traces of the Middle Ages with its Gothic architecture, and Westfalenpark are among the places to be seen. We then depart for Amsterdam. Upon arrival, our Amsterdam city tour begins. During our city tour of Amsterdam, Dam Square, Central Station, the National Monument, the Royal Palace, the Flower Market and the Red Light District are among the places to be seen. Following our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
Day 2 Amsterdam – Zaanse Schans – Marken – Volendam – Giethoorn – Amsterdam
Following the breakfast we will have at the hotel, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Fairytale Villages and Water Canals (Zaanse Schans & Marken & Volendam & Giethoorn Hobbit Village) tour, which will be organized as an optional extra. (110 Euros) Our tour begins with the town of Zaanse Schans. One of the Netherlands’ hidden paradise towns, Zaanse Schans is famous for its historic windmills dating back to the 17th century that are still in operation, as well as its untouched nature. In the Dutch town of Zaanse Schans, which boasts beauty unlike anything you will find elsewhere in the world with its historic windmills and wooden houses, you will feel as though you are touring an open-air museum. The second stop on our tour is Marken. After exploring this wonderful island, which was once an island but was later connected to the mainland by filling in the area between them, we depart for Volendam. Volendam is a place that immediately captivates visitors with its harbor, characteristic Dutch houses, and people dressed in traditional clothing. You will have a wonderful time in this town, where you can taste delicious seafood and cheeses and buy inexpensive souvenirs. Our final stop is Giethoorn Hobbit Village. Considered one of the few most beautiful places in the world, Giethoorn is one of Europe’s most fairytale-like destinations. Giethoorn gained its popularity after the 1958 film “Fanfare” was filmed here, and it has continued to grow in fame since the film, welcoming more than 800,000 tourists annually. Day 3 Amsterdam – Bruges – Ghent – Brussels
After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Brussels. En route, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Cities Bruges & Ghent tour. (90 Euros) Our first stop on the tour is Bruges, famous for its magnificent beauty. Today, Bruges is one of the most visited cities in Europe and was placed under UNESCO protection in 1991. With its medieval architecture, canals, narrow streets, bridges, historic buildings and squares, it has succeeded in becoming one of Europe’s most cherished cities. After exploring this beautiful city, we head to Ghent, another city where time seems to have stood still. With a history spanning 1,400 years, Ghent was established at the confluence of the Scheldt and Lys rivers and was one of the largest and wealthiest cities of the Middle Ages. After our tour of this city, which is famous for its medieval monuments and university, we depart for Brussels. One of the most remarkable stops on Benelux tours, Brussels stands out for its versatility. Offering travelers many different opportunities thanks to its cosmopolitan character, the city is home to numerous valuable landmarks that we will visit. Upon arrival, the places we will see include the Royal Palace, the Chinese and Japanese houses, Brussels Cathedral, the city square, the Stock Exchange Building, the Atomium Monument and the Manneken Pis statue. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight in Brussels or the surrounding area.
Day 4 Brussels – Paris
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Paris, one of the most romantic cities in the world. Upon our arrival in Paris, the places we will see include Charles de Gaulle and the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, the Louvre Museum and Pyramid, Place de l’Étoile, the Grand Palais and Petit Palais exhibition palaces, Place de la Concorde and its Obelisk, the French Parliament Building, the Alexander III Bridge, the Seine River, Napoleon’s Tomb, and the Eiffel Tower. Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Paris Under Magnificent Lights tour. (35 Euros) Paris is beautiful in its own way by day and by night. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to see the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre Museum, and many other boulevards, buildings, and squares illuminated by the city lights. Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Paris or the surrounding area.
Day 5 Paris
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Splendid Paris Masterpieces & Seine River Boat (Eiffel Tower & Seine River Cruise & Montmartre Painters' Hill & Sacre Coeur Basilica & Notre Dame Cathedral) tour. (110 Euros) The first stop on our tour is the Eiffel Tower, the city's iconic landmark visited by millions of tourists every year. You will have the chance to see Paris from above by going up to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Then, we set off on a boat tour of the Seine River, which divides Paris in two. After seeing the historic monuments on both banks of the river during the boat tour, we take a cable car up Montmartre Hill, the highest point in Paris. Sacre Coeur (Church of Vows) will be the first place to see on this hill, which bears the traces of important artists such as Pablo Picasso, Henri Toulouse-Lautrec, Dalida, Vincent Van Gogh and Jean Marais. After seeing this structure up close, we visit Notre Dame Cathedral, described both as a symbol of French history and an indispensable part of Paris's skyline, following a break in Place du Tertre, where you can shop and have your portrait drawn. Notre Dame Cathedral was built by order of King Louis VII, who ruled between 1137 and 1180, to demonstrate Paris's political, economic and cultural power to the world. After seeing this magnificent structure, we take a short photo break. Then, transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Paris or the surrounding area.
Day 6 Paris – Luxembourg
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we set off towards Luxembourg. Upon arrival, our Luxembourg city tour begins. Notre Dame Cathedral, the Ducal Palace, the City Hall and Constitution Square are among the places to be seen. Following our tour, guests who wish may join the optional Splendid History and Mosaics (Trier & Remich & Schengen) tour, which will be organized additionally. (65 Euros) Our first stop on the tour will be Trier, founded by the Romans in 15 BC and known as Germany’s oldest city. Located in the Moselle Wine Region, among low red sandstone hills covered with vineyards on the banks of the Moselle River, one of the tributaries of the Rhine, Trier’s city tour will include Porta Nigra, the largest surviving Roman city gate north of the Alps; Roman ruins included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site; St. Peter’s Cathedral and the Church of Our Lady; the Basilica of Constantine; and the house where Karl Marx, the revolutionary thinker known as the father of scientific socialism, was born. Following our visit to Trier, we depart for the town of Remich, a tax haven and the place where you can shop at the lowest prices throughout our tour. Due to Luxembourg’s low-tax policies and its border location, you can purchase products such as chocolate, coffee and alcoholic beverages here at very affordable prices. Finally, we visit Schengen, where the borders of Germany, France and Luxembourg meet and where the free-movement agreement abolishing passport controls between European Union member states was signed. In this village, one of Europe’s important wine regions, you will have the opportunity to taste local wines and see the monument and building where the Schengen Agreement was signed. Day 7 Luxembourg – Strasbourg
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart for Strasbourg, one of the most beautiful cities in France and the pearl of the Alsace region. As you explore Strasbourg, you will feel as though you are traveling through history in one of Europe's largest cobblestoned medieval districts. With its fairytale-like nature and historical buildings, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and numerous works of art, it is a place well worth seeing. Strasbourg is also historically significant as the place where the French national anthem, “La Marseillaise,” was written, and it stands out as a city where Alsatian culture and French architecture blend together. During our city tour, Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Place Kléber, and the Petit France district, adorned with traditional Alsatian houses, will be among the places we visit. Following our tour, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Alsace Fairytale Villages (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr) tour. (110 euros) On our tour, during which we will want to take photographs at every opportunity from start to finish, our first stop will be Eguisheim. Named the “Favorite French Village” in 2013, Eguisheim is a village where history and nature dance together. Its colorful houses, reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region, create Eguisheim’s postcard-like appearance. Following our tour, we depart for Colmar, famous for its medieval historical buildings, Gothic-style churches, and colorful houses. As we stroll through Colmar’s remarkably well-preserved streets, the places to see will include St. Martin’s Cathedral, built entirely of pink stone; Little Venice, which—with its small canals—evokes the Italian city of Venice; Maison Pfister, one of Colmar’s oldest houses; and Maison des Têtes, a Renaissance building decorated with faces. Our third stop on the tour is Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg is a charming part of the Alsace region, a medieval town in France. It is famous for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historic character. In particular, the Château de Kaysersberg, dating back to the 13th century, is one of the town’s most distinctive landmarks. The Sainte-Croix Church, located in the town center, draws attention with its Gothic architecture. Following our tour, our final stop will be Riquewihr, one of the most enchanting towns of Alsace, featuring numerous half-timbered houses that give the town its charm. This historic village captivates visitors with its old houses decorated with colorful flowers, narrow streets, and medieval character surrounded by ramparts. During our tour, we will also see the remains of Riquewihr Castle and feel the medieval atmosphere as we walk along the village’s old ramparts. Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Strasbourg or the surrounding area. Overnight in Strasbourg or the surrounding area.
Day 8 Strasbourg – Basel – Izmir
After having breakfast at the hotel, we vacate the rooms and depart for Basel. Upon our arrival, our city tour begins. Basel, the third most populous city in Switzerland after Zurich and Geneva, is a magnificent city that encompasses both modern and historical textures and contains many treasures despite its small area. During our city tour in this city, Basel Cathedral, where the tomb of the famous Dutch Renaissance writer Erasmus is located, the city’s main square Marktplatz, the Government Building, and Hotel Les Trois Roi are among the places to be seen. Following our tour, we depart for Basel Airport. After completing the baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 14:15 on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ913. Arrival in Izmir at 19:10 local time and the end of our tour.

- During registration, the name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any no-show fees resulting from the cancellation or change of airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
- The city where the aircraft lands may vary. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or possible delays that may be made by the airlines.
- Airline rules apply to group tickets, and under the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Türkiye is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of LİDYA TOUR.
- If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
- The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary. The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide’s discretion and for any reason, be held on another day or days apart from those specified.
