Amsterdam – (Zaanse Schans – Marken – Volendam)
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join our Zaanse Schans & Marken & Volendam (75 Euro) tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide. We visit Zaanse Schans, the Netherlands’ most famous theme park, known for its windmills. Then we depart for our Marken & Volendam tour. In Volendam, an old fishing village, we visit the historic houses and harbor, and then head to see Marken, a small island. On the way back, we will go again to the center of Amsterdam, visit the famous diamond museum, and then have free time. Amsterdam – (Bruges) – Brussels – Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, departure for Brussels. On the way, our guests who wish may join our Brugge (35 Euro) tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide. We will have the opportunity to see the market square and the Belfry Tower of this charming medieval city, famous for its lace and tapestries, as well as the exquisite view of Brugge City. After our tour, departure for Brussels. The most important feature that makes Grand Place, considered one of Europe’s most beautiful squares, distinctive is the use of three architectural styles together: baroque, gothic, and Louis XIV. On our tour, Grand Palace Square, the Stock Exchange Building, Guild Houses, and chocolate shops are among the places to be seen. After our tour, transfer to Paris. Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join our Paris Icons and Seine River (85 Euro) tour, arranged as an extra by our guide. On our tour, we go up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris as well as France, where we will have the chance to enjoy the city’s breathtaking view. Then we set out on a boat tour of the Seine River. You will see Paris’s most magnificent buildings up close and experience unforgettable moments as you pass under the bridges of the Seine River. Sights to be seen during this boat tour include the American Church, the National Assembly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Orsay Museum, Île de la Cité, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Palace of Justice, the Conciergerie Prison, City Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Louvre Palace. After the river tour, passing through the lively Pigalle District, one of the city’s most interesting centers, we will take the funicular up to Montmartre Hill, known as Painter’s Hill, where bohemian life still continues today. After seeing Sacré-Coeur (Vow Church) here, you will have free time for a portrait and dinner at Place du Tertre. After the Painter’s Hill tour, we head to the Fragonard Perfume Museum. Paris – (Metz & Reims) – Luxembourg
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Luxembourg city tour. On the way, our guests who wish may join the Metz & Reims (50 Euro) tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide. We visit the city of Metz, one of the most beautiful medieval cities in France. In this beautiful city, which has a 3,000-year history and where the Moselle and Seille rivers meet, places to see include Place d’Armes, Metz Cathedral, German Gate, and Temple Neuf church. Then, we visit the city of Reims, known as the city where the Kings of France were crowned. After our tour, transfer to Luxembourg; on the Luxembourg city tour, you will have the opportunity to see the Petrus valley, the old city center and its narrow streets, the city cathedral, and the Ducal Palace. Luxembourg – (Trier – Strasbourg) – Alsace
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Alsace. Guests who wish may join our extra Trier & Strasbourg (70 Euro) tour, organized by our guide. During our tour in Strasbourg, a city on the Rhine Wine Route that bears common French and German cultural and architectural features, the places we will see include Little France, Cathedral Square, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Kammerz House. After our tour, it is among the places worth discovering with its magnificent structures dating from the Roman period, large squares, natural areas, museums, and architectural works included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The Roman Catholic church known as St. Gangolf Kirche and dedicated to Saint Gangulphus, the Cathedral of St. Peter (Dom), the city’s oldest church and largest religious structure, the Porta Nigra, the main gate of the wall built during Roman times, the ruins of baths from the Roman era, old churches, the opera house, the train station, Karl Marx’s house, seating terraces and cafes created along the river are among the places to see. Alsace – (Colmar – Riquewihr – Eguisheim) – Alsace
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join our Colmar & Riquewihr & Eguisheim (65 Euro) tour, organized as an extra by our guide. On this tour, the Old Customs House, the Pfister House, and the colorful houses around the Rhine River, along with the city’s most famous area, Petite Venice (Little Venice), are among the places to be seen. In the unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and its canals, you will have the opportunity to enjoy many delicious foods to suit your taste as well as buy many souvenirs. Afterwards, we will visit the charming towns of the Alsace region. Eguisheim, which has been a member of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France” club since 2003, was chosen by the French as the country’s favorite village in 2013. Our next stop will be Riquewihr with its enchanting atmosphere. In this village, which receives 2 million visitors a year and has two-story houses made of a mix of wood and concrete in harmony with each other, we will have the chance to spend time. IMPORTANT NOTES
Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are optional hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance than the specified km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and conducted panoramically with guide narration only from inside the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entrances. Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours, including panoramic tours and the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot take place due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry on the day and time of the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or in cases where weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the room congestion and bed type that may be experienced in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for one child only staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group. Hotels do not guarantee beds for children aged 0-2.
Breakfasts included in the tour services are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country in which you are staying and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details from your agency. Current times will be provided by your agency with the tour information.
It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connection flight from a different supplier independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event that the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation/change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
Our guests who join the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point with their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will provide all their transfers with their own means.
Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane, cannot take the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip plane tickets required for guests who miss the plane to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination region, etc., are their responsibility.
The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of the persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the expenses incurred during delivery belong to the owner of the item.
In cases such as illness, loss, or theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations.
When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to correctly provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information will be collected from you.
In some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.
During the tour, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed in bus use.
During our tours, the times announced to guests by our guide are the departure times, the time when the vehicle starts moving. Our guide, who is responsible for equally safeguarding the rights of all our guests, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, our late guest must arrange transportation to the next stop with their own means.
Extra tours are arranged by the local agency from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, excursions cannot be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may change depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and sites to be visited are open/closed and according to weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
In classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional at the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the road. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
In programs where extra tours are included, paying the museum & archaeological site entrance fees to the guide during the tour is mandatory.
Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
There is a visa application for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, you must apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list.
The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will be made.
There is no visa application for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.
The visa information stated in the program is the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Türkiye must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; the passports obtained must be renewed and, if the destination is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that passengers under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points, we recommend that our passengers under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
