- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Turkish Republic, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting impediment lies with the guests.
- LİDYA TOUR acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and LİDYA TOUR bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. LİDYA TOUR only undertakes the role of intermediary. LİDYA TOUR has no liability or obligation regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the LİDYA TOUR Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if LİDYA TOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and LİDYA TOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of signing the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

- Whether or not our guests obtain it from LİDYA TOUR, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond LİDYA TOUR's control, the parties acknowledge that LİDYA TOUR bears no responsibility in such a case.

- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Individuals must follow this information. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause, if necessary). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
