Day 1 Istanbul - Rome
We meet you, our valued guests, in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we fly on Pegasus Airlines scheduled service. Following our arrival, we depart for Rome city center for a panoramic city tour with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. After arriving in Rome, we begin our panoramic city tour. During our city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned; Piazza Venezia, the political center of Rome and Italy, where Mussolini addressed the public; the monument to the fatherland of II. Vittorio Emanuele; the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator battles; the “Trevi” Fountain of Lovers, made famous by the film La Dolce Vita; the Spanish Steps, consisting of 135 steps; and Piazza di Spagna, which contains the ship fountain. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2 Rome
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the Step by Step Rome (85€) tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide. On this tour, we set out to discover Rome, one of the oldest cities in the world and once referred to as the center of the world under the name Caput Mundi. In our tour, the Pantheon, built by Agrippa in BC, with the widest dome of all time attributed to all gods of Paganism; Piazza Navona, with its three fountains, considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world; San Luigi di Francese Church, where we will have the opportunity to see works by Caravaggio; Sant’Andrea della Valle Church, one of the best-decorated churches in Rome; and Campo de’ Fiori, which also includes a permanent market set up in another famous square of Rome, are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we will be treated to world-famous Roman ice cream and have free time. After free time, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3 Rome
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the Outlet and Lakes Region (Castel Gandolfo-Nemi) & Vatican tour (80 Euro), which will be organized as an extra by our guide. After visiting the region with natural beauty where the Popes spend their summer months and Nemi, famous for its wild strawberries, a place you will want to live in permanently, free time in Italy's most famous outlet region. Then we move to St. Peter's Square, considered the center of Christianity. After arrival, free time to visit the Basilica and the Square. Guests who wish may join the Rome Night Tour (35 Euro) or Ancient Rome-style dinner and entertainment Night Tour (75 Euro) in the evening. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 4 Rome - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Rome Airport depending on the flight time. After completing baggage and check-in procedures, departure to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines scheduled service. With our arrival, the end of our tour and services.

The services included in the price vary according to the package type purchased by the guests.
Package types must be purchased at the time of tour reservation. They cannot be changed after booking.

The prices of optional tours specified in the tour program are per person.
During city tours, transportation to the city center may be provided by public transport depending on the congestion in the city.
Optional tours along the route will take place only if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be left at rest stops, service areas, etc.
In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, the hotel region will be informed in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is provided, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable extra bed.
In some cities in Europe, since 3-person rooms are not available, a double room + single room may be provided by the hotels instead of a 3-person room.
Bed type requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Infant guests aged 0 to 1.99 years may participate in optional tours free of charge if accompanied by adult guests staying with them.
INFORMATION
For overseas trips, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa-required documents list that you can obtain from our agencies must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, the hotel region will be informed in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the trip or, at most, from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if passport police do not allow entry into the country.
In the event of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and bears no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time and/or if errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
At the time of registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to guests as no-show fees.
Flight times may change before departure and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.
The city where the aircraft lands may differ. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for time changes that may be made by airlines and possible delays.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connection flight transportation for guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.
The airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
In general, luggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If the number of people joining the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and the route may change.
City orientation tours may be carried out the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on another day outside the specified day/days, at the discretion of the guide, for any reason.
Optional tours along the route will take place only if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be left at the rest stop.
During peak periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodation may be outside the city.
Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
Entrance fees to museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.

While using the vehicles and leaving the hotels you stay in during your trip, please make sure you have taken all your belongings with you.
The child discount is only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their mother or father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during travel.
