Day 1 | Istanbul – Sharm El Sheikh
Meeting at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal, in front of the AJET Airlines counter, approximately 3 hours before the flight (20:40). After completion of check-in, baggage drop-off, and passport procedures, departure for Sharm El Sheikh at 23:40 on AJET Airlines flight VF255.
Day 2 | Sharm El Sheikh
Arrival in Sharm El Sheikh at 02:20 local time. After passport and baggage procedures, transfer to our hotel with our vehicles waiting in the area. After arrival at the hotel, check-in procedures are completed and room accommodation is provided. Overnight at our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, the day is free at leisure.
Between 09:00 and 12:00, your guide will come to your hotel and provide detailed information about the region. During this briefing, you will be given detailed information about the general introduction to Sharm El Sheikh, activity and entertainment opportunities in the region, extra tour alternatives and contents, and participation processes. For the rest of the day, our guests may benefit from the hotel’s all-inclusive concept services, discover the unique underwater world of the Red Sea, and relax in the beach and pool areas. Guests who wish may join extra tours organized by the guide. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3 | Sharm El Sheikh
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, free time throughout the day. Our guests may benefit from the activities offered by the hotel during the day, enjoy the sea and beach, and participate in spa, animation, and sports activities.
Day 4 | Sharm El Sheikh
After breakfast, free time throughout the day. Check-out from the hotel will take place at 12:00. Depending on the hotel’s availability and provided that your guide is informed in advance, room use as late check-out may be arranged for an extra fee. Until transfer time, our guests may continue to benefit from the hotel facilities or, if they wish, may join extra tours. Transfer to the airport at the time notified by the guide.
Day 5 | Sharm El Sheikh – Istanbul
After arrival at the airport, completion of baggage, check-in, and passport procedures. Departure for Istanbul at 04:00 on AJET Airlines flight VF256. Arrival in Istanbul at 06:40 local time and the end of our tour.

Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in procedures will be completed and guests will settle into their rooms. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, the day is free for leisure.
Between 09:00 and 12:00, your guide will visit your hotel and provide detailed information about the region. This briefing will include a general introduction to Sharm El Sheikh, activities and entertainment opportunities in the region, extra tour alternatives and their content, as well as detailed information about the participation procedures.
During the remainder of the day, our guests can benefit from the hotel’s all-inclusive services, explore the Red Sea’s unique underwater world, and relax on the beach and by the pool.

Day 3 | Sharm El Sheikh
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, free time throughout the day.
During the day, our guests can enjoy the activities offered by the hotel, relax by the sea and on the beach, and participate in spa, entertainment, and sports activities.

Free time throughout the day after breakfast.
Check-out from the hotel will take place as of 12:00.
Depending on the hotel's availability and provided that your guide is informed in advance, the rooms may be used for a late check-out for an additional fee.
Until the transfer time, our guests may continue to benefit from the hotel's facilities or, if they wish, participate in optional tours.
Transfer to the airport at the time to be announced by the guide.
Day 5 | Sharm El Sheikh – Istanbul
Upon arrival at the airport, completion of baggage, check-in and passport procedures.
Departure to Istanbul at 04:00 on AJET Airlines flight VF256.
Arrival in Istanbul at 06:40 local time and the end of our tour.

In magical Cairo, you will visit the Giza Pyramids, the Mysterious Sphinx, Africa's largest river, and the GEM Museum, one of the richest museums in the world. After free time where you can take beautiful photos, we will go to our restaurant for lunch and then begin our return journey. At the end of the day, the tour ends with a return to Sharm.

After crossing to Aqaba by ferry, Petra is reached by land. After approximately 12 km of walking and exploration, lunch is taken and the return is made along the same route.

On this tour, where nature and activity are offered in a balanced way, you will have the chance to experience different facets of the Dahab region.
The program starts with an ATV ride and continues with a canyon visit and camel safari. Later in the day, free time is given for swimming and enjoying the sea in the Blue Lagoon area.
After that, we go to our restaurant for lunch and enjoy the menu prepared for us. Depending on your preference, the fish, meatball, or chicken menu includes 1 water and 1 soft drink. During the free time we will give in the city, you can stroll around the bazaar and shop.
Red Sea Tours

In this tour carried out with specially designed semi-submarine boats, an opportunity is offered to observe the underwater world of the Red Sea without getting wet. In the lower section equipped with glass panels, corals and marine life can be observed up close. It is especially a suitable alternative for families with children and guests who do not prefer swimming.
· Ras Mohamed Tour by Boat with Lunch // 60 USD Per Person Adult – 40 USD Child Fee
Conducted in Ras Mohamed National Park, one of the most protected and richest underwater life areas of the Red Sea, this tour offers an all-day sea and nature experience.
Thanks to swimming and snorkel breaks at different points by boat, coral reefs are explored up close. The program includes a visit to White Island (depending on seasonal conditions) and an open buffet lunch on the boat.
Lunch will be served as an open buffet. Soft drinks are included in the meal. In addition, seasonal fruit is served after the meal.
Open Buffet Menu: Salad buffet, grilled chicken, grilled meatballs, potato croquettes, rice, pasta, and dessert.
Although mask, fins, and snorkel are not mandatory for participation in the excursion, guests who wish may rent them before the tour starts. The daily rental fee is approximately 3 USD per item.

In this tour carried out with professional instructors, the opportunity is offered to explore the rich underwater world of the Red Sea through scuba diving.
After a short briefing, we proceed to the dive sites and carry out a safe diving experience at a depth of approximately 10 meters. Rest and lunch opportunities are offered during the breaks given throughout the day.

Desert Tours

In this tour prepared for those who want to experience the desert atmosphere firsthand, riding is done among the sand dunes with ATV vehicles. With breaks given at sunset, photo opportunities are offered, and the program includes a short camel ride and tea service in a Bedouin tent.
Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Head & face covering (poosh), goggles, and 1 bottle of water are 6 USD per person.
· Buggy Desert Safari // Per Person in a Two-Person Buggy 25 USD, Per Person in a Four-Person Buggy 15 USD (No Child Discount)
For a single-person buggy selection, the fee will be 40 USD.
In this tour carried out with buggy vehicles, which offer a more comfortable driving experience as an alternative to ATV, a safe and enjoyable ride is made on the desert track.
The program content is similar to the ATV tour and is suitable for guests who prefer a more stable ride.
Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Head & face covering (poosh), goggles, and 1 bottle of water are 6 USD per person.

Starting near sunset, this tour begins with an ATV safari and continues in the evening at a Bedouin camp.
The dinner served in an authentic setting is accompanied by dancing and shows. It is a standout program for those who want to experience the desert atmosphere at night.

In this special night program held on an open-air stage, performances by international dance and show teams are presented.
An entertaining evening is offered with dances from different cultures, acrobatic shows, and stage performances.
· City Tour with Dinner // 35 USD Per Person (No Child Discount)
Discover Sharm El Sheikh. New and old city areas are visited: Old Market, the famous El Sahaba Mosque, sunset at El Farsha, and free time for shopping in the city.
Dinner: Seafood soup, calamari, shrimp, grilled singari fish, rice pilaf, and salad. Drinks are excluded.
Note: Children under 13 are not allowed into Farsha.
INFORMATION
For trips abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required visa documents that you can obtain from our agencies must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be notified to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry for the intended tour or at most from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if passport police do not allow entry into the country.
In case of cancellation of the tour, visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, does not arrive in time, and/or mistakes occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.
Lidya Tour is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
During registration, the name as shown in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. In case of cancellation or changes to air tickets due to incorrect information, the no-show fee will be charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure date.
The city where the plane will land may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or possible delays made by airlines.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for any changes experienced in domestic connection flights for guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.
Airline rules apply to group tickets, and in accordance with the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
For flights departing from Turkey, the general suitcase weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If the number of people joining the package tour is insufficient, the cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and the tour route may change.
City introduction tours may be carried out on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide's discretion and for any reason, be carried out on a day other than the specified day/days.
Alternative tours en route are carried out provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the rest stop.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodations may be outside the city.
Tours or excursions that local authorities do not permit for any reason to be visited or undertaken will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is participation of at least 20 people; if there is less participation, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
Entrance fees to museums and historical sites are not included in the price.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be provided in the hotel with the specified name.
In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an extra foldable bed. .
During your journey, when leaving the vehicles and hotels you stay in, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
Child discounts apply only to children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with the persons during travel.
