1st DAY ISTANBUL – STOCKHOLM
Meeting our valued guests in front of the International Departures terminal at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, flight to Stockholm with Pegasus Airlines. Following our arrival, panoramic city tour of Stockholm with our private buses waiting at the airport. The tour will include sights such as Fjallgatan Hill, the medieval Gamla Stan, the City Hall where the Nobel Prizes are awarded, the National Theatre building housing seven theaters, the Stock Exchange building, and Kunstredgarden. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
2nd DAY STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, free time. Optionally, guests can participate in the extra arranged Djurgården Island and Vasa Museum Tour (90 Euro). While touring Djurgården, one of Stockholm's greenest islands, we will see the city’s most important recreational centers and museums, as we head to the Vasa Museum. The Vasa Museum, which exhibits an unparalleled work of art, attracts 2 million visitors a year and is Stockholm’s most popular museum. The museum houses the well-preserved 17th-century ship, which has an astonishing story and an extraordinary appearance, thus marking a significant point in Swedish history. The ship, named after the royal family crest it carries, offers visitors an opportunity to engage with the past through various exhibits. Transfer back to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
3rd DAY STOCKHOLM – KARLSTAD – OSLO
After breakfast, departure to Oslo. On the way, we make a stop in Karlstad. Upon arriving in Oslo, we take a panoramic city tour. The tour will include sights such as the Royal Palace, the Parliament Building, the City Hall, the National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, Skitramp Rampast Vigeland Park, the Opera House, Akershus Fortress, and Frogner Park. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
4th DAY OSLO
After breakfast, free time. Optionally, guests can participate in the extra arranged Flam Fjord Tour (160 Euro). We will leave early in the morning from our hotel to head towards Flam. Upon arrival, we begin our boat tour. As you photograph Norway’s breathtaking fjords from the deck, you will encounter cascading waterfalls from snowy peaks, picturesque small villages, and enchanting natural formations. The most unforgettable views of this trip will linger in your memory. After this magnificent tour, guests can optionally participate in the internationally renowned Flamsbana Train Ride (160 Euro). Recognized by the Lonely Planet travel guide as one of the world's most beautiful railway journeys, the Flamsbana train route is a must-have on every Norwegian traveler's itinerary. This 20 km journey, known as the steepest railway line in the world, holds a different visual surprise with every kilometer. Transfer back to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
5th DAY OSLO – GOTEBORG
After breakfast, departure to Gothenburg. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour. We will stroll along the Avenue, the boulevard adorned with canals. We see Gustav Adolf Square, the Poseidon statue located in Götaplatzen Square, opera and theater buildings, the botanical park, and the Ullevi Stadium. Free time at the Nordstan shopping center and return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
6th DAY GOTEBORG – MALMÖ – COPENHAGEN
After breakfast, we head to Malmö, our first stop. Upon arrival in Malmö, we will have a walking tour of the historical city center accompanied by our guide, followed by free time. We then move on to Copenhagen. On the way, we cross the Öresund Bridge, the second-largest bridge in the world (8500 m), to arrive at our second destination, Copenhagen. After arrival, we take a city tour. The tour will include sights such as Christiansborg Palace, Glyptoteket, Amalienborg Palace, the Parliament Building, the Historic Stock Exchange, the Little Mermaid statue, and the historic Nyhavn. After the tour, transfer to your hotel and overnight at our hotel.
7th DAY COPENHAGEN
After breakfast, free time. Optionally, guests can join the extra organized Danish Castles & Riviera Tour (95 Euro). We depart for the Kronborg Castle, the first stop of our tour, which is along the stunning Danish Riviera. After a pleasant journey along the coastline, we arrive at the castle. After entering the castle, we will visit the museum, concluding with Hamlet's famous performance. On our way back to Copenhagen, we will stop for a brief photo opportunity in Fredensburg. Afterward, we head towards Frederiksburg Palace, famous for its gardens. Upon arrival, we will explore the courtyard and gardens of the palace before taking a quick photo break. Transfer to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
8th DAY COPENHAGEN – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, transfer to Copenhagen Airport depending on your flight time. After completing luggage and check-in procedures, flight to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.

Extra tours along the route will take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at a rest stop, service area, etc.
In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be arranged outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be notified to our agencies in writing at least 21 days before the tour departure.
In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an extra foldable bed.
In some cities in Europe, since 3-person rooms are not available, the hotels may provide a double room + single room instead of a 3-person room.
Requests for bed type depend on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
For trips abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad, and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the required visa documents list that you can obtain from our agencies must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be arranged outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be notified to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if the visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or, at most, from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, if passport police do not allow entry into the country.
In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility whatsoever if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time, and/or if any errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to guests as no-show fees.
Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure dates.
The city where the aircraft will land may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and possible delays made by airlines.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connection flights of guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.
For group tickets, airline rules apply, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
The general baggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If there are not enough participants for the package tour, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may occur in the tour itinerary.
City tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
Excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on a different day than the one(s) stated, at the discretion of the guide, for any reason.
Extra tours along the route will take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the rest stop.
Hotel accommodations during busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars may be outside the city.
Trips or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is lower, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these trips or tours.
Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the star category the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be made at the specified hotel.

While traveling, when leaving the vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
Child discounts are valid only for children within certain age groups staying with 2 adults.
In cases where minors under 18 do not join the tour together with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during the trip.
