Day 1 ISTANBUL – COPENHAGEN
Meet with our valued guests in front of the International Departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we will fly to Copenhagen with Pegasus Airlines. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Copenhagen with our special buses waiting at the airport. Our tour will include sights such as Christiansborg Palace and the Amalienborg Palace. After the tour, transfer to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 COPENHAGEN
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Danish Castles & Riviera Tour (95 Euro). We start our journey to Kronborg Castle, the first stop of our tour. After a pleasant drive along the beautiful Danish Riviera, we arrive at the castle. After entering the castle, we conclude our museum visit with the famous performance of Hamlet. On our way back to Copenhagen, we stop briefly for a photo opportunity in Fredensburg. After the break, we head to Frederiksborg Palace, famous for its gardens. Upon arrival, we explore the palace courtyard and gardens and then take a short photo break. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 COPENHAGEN – MALMÖ – GÖTEBORG
After breakfast, we depart for Malmö, the third largest city in Sweden. Upon arrival in Malmö, we take a walking tour of the historic city center with our guide and have some free time. After the tour, we move on to Gothenburg. Following our arrival, we have a panoramic city tour. We walk through the boulevard named Avenue, adorned with canals, and see Gustav Adolf Square, the Poseidon statue in Götaplatsen Square, the opera and theater buildings, the botanical garden, and the Ullevi stadium. Free time at Nordstan shopping center and return to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 GÖTEBORG – OSLO
After breakfast, we check out of the rooms and head to Oslo. Upon arrival, we have a panoramic city tour of Oslo. The sightseeing spots will include the Royal Palace, Parliament Building, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johan Street, Ski Jumping Ramp, Vigeland Park, Opera House, Akershus Castle, and Frogner Park. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 OSLO
After breakfast, free time. Guests wishing to join the optional Flam Fjord Tour (160 Euro) may do so. For this full-day tour, we leave the hotel early in the morning to head to Flam. Upon arrival, we start our boat tour. While photographing Norway’s breathtaking fjords from the deck, you will encounter cascading waterfalls from snowy peaks, picturesque small villages resembling paintings, and mesmerizing natural formations. The most unforgettable views of the trip will stay in your memory. After this magnificent tour, those wishing can also join the Flamsbana Train Journey (160 Euro), considered one of the most beautiful railway journeys in the world. Selected by the Lonely Planet travel guide as the most beautiful railway travel route in the world, the Flamsbana railway journey is a must on every Norway traveler’s itinerary. It is also known as the world's steepest railway line, and every kilometer of the 20 km Flamsbana journey is filled with different visual surprises. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 OSLO – KARLSTAD – STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, we head to Stockholm, stopping for a break in Karlstad. After arriving in Stockholm, we have a panoramic city tour. During our tour, we will see Fjallgatan Hill, the medieval Gamla Stan, the City Hall where the Nobel Prizes are awarded, the National Theatre Building, the Stock Exchange Building, and Kunstredgarden. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Djurgården Island and Vasa Ship Museum Tour (90 Euro). While touring Djurgården Island, one of Stockholm’s greenest islands, by bus, we will see the city’s most important recreation centers and museums and then goes to the Vasa Museum. The Vasa Museum, which hosts an unparalleled work of art, is Stockholm’s most popular museum with 2 million visitors annually. The fully preserved 17th-century shipwreck, with its surprising story and extraordinary appearance, has also left a mark on Swedish history. The Vasa ship, which bears the name of the royal coat of arms it carries, reunites visitors with the past through various exhibits in the three-story museum that hosts it. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8 STOCKHOLM – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, depending on the flight time, transfer to the airport. After luggage and check-in procedures, we will depart with Pegasus Airlines for Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.

The services included in the price vary depending on the package type purchased by the guests.
Package types must be purchased during the tour reservation. They cannot be changed after reservation.

The prices of extra tours specified in the tour program are per person.
Extra tours along the route take place only if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at a rest stop, service area, etc.
In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in the cities, accommodation may be arranged outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be informed in writing to our agencies at least 21 days before the tour departure.
In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is provided, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an extra foldable bed.
Since 3-person rooms are not available in some cities in Europe, hotels may provide a double room + single room instead of a 3-person room.
Bed type requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
For overseas trips, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required visa documents, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in the cities, accommodation may be arranged outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be informed in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
It is necessary to obtain the visa from the first country entered on the tour to be visited or from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if passport police do not allow entry into the country.
In the event of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, does not arrive in time, and/or if errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
At the time of registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellations or changes of airline tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
Flight times may change before departure and all times must be verbally confirmed by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.
The city where the plane will land may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for time changes and possible delays that may be made by the airline companies.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connection flights of guests who do not confirm their flight times and route.
For group tickets, airline rules apply, and due to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
The standard luggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If there are not enough participants for the package tour, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
The route specified in the tour program is an example route and the tour route may change.
City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on another day/day(s) outside the specified day/days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
Extra tours along the route take place only if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the rest stop.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodation may be outside the city.
Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or attended by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be organized if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is lower, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be at the specified hotel.

While using the vehicles and staying in the hotels during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all of your belongings with you.
Child discounts are only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during the trip.
In case of cancellation or changes, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” applies.
