Day 1 Istanbul – Tokyo
Meeting 3 hours before departure in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Tokyo at 15:25 on Turkish Airlines flight TK0050.
Day 2 Tokyo
Arrival in Tokyo at 08:45. After arrival and baggage collection, we depart from the airport to the city center. Our first stop is Asakusa/Senso-ji Temple, the oldest Shinto temple (645) famous for its giant lanterns that reflect the atmosphere of Tokyo. Passing through the giant Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate), you can buy gifts for your loved ones and try local street food on the authentic Nakamise Street, which has more than 70 shops and is Japan’s first open-air shopping mall. Then we continue to Ginza, Japan's luxury shopping district and perhaps the most famous street in the world. Ginza, which was Japan's silver mint until 1800 and became a luxury shopping center after the Great Kanto Earthquake, takes its name from the combination of the kanji for “silver (gin)” and “lodge (za).” At the end of our tour, we will walk among thousands of people in Shibuya, home to the world’s most famous pedestrian crossing and the Hachiko statue. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight in our Tokyo hotel.

Day 3 Tokyo - Kamakura - Yokohama - Tokyo
After breakfast at our hotel, we continue getting to know the country with the historic city of Kamakura, the oldest city in Tokyo. Kamakura is the region where the shogunate system was first established. We begin our visit with Kotoku Temple, a Buddhist temple belonging to the Jodo-shu sect. The temple is famous for the Great Buddha statue of Kamakura, one of Japan's most famous symbols. We experience the ethnic fabric of the city by visiting Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Temple, one of the most important Shinto temples in Japan, and Komachi-dori Street. Then we head to Yokohama, Japan’s 3rd largest city with a population of 3.7 million. Here we visit Yokohama China Town, Japan's largest Chinese quarter, with 160 years of history. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Minato Mirai district, one of the most central places where we can see the city’s atmosphere. Then transfer to our hotel. Overnight in our Tokyo hotel.

Day 4 Tokyo – Mount Fuji – Hakone – Lake Ashi – Tokyo
After breakfast, depart for our Hakone & Mount Fuji tour. With an altitude of 3776 meters, Mount Fuji, which was recognized in 2013 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the highest mountain in Japan and is known for its elegant conical shape. It is the country’s sacred symbol, and temples and shrines are located around and on the volcano. First, we come to Oshino Hakkai village, the most beautiful village in Japan, with mountain views, where we taste Fuji mountain water and experience local flavors. In the village, where you can find local goods and taste local delicacies that you won’t see anywhere else, we recommend trying Japanese mochi mugwort rice cake at its warmest and best. Here, together with our guests, we will take our Lake Ashi boat tour to enjoy this magnificent view. Then, we go up the hill by cable car and see the Owakudani Valley, which means Great Boiling Valley. Afterwards, transfer to our Tokyo hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5 Tokyo - Osaka
After breakfast, we depart for the capital Osaka by high-speed bullet train Shinkansen. After arrival, we begin our city tour with the vehicle waiting for us. Upon arrival in Osaka, we start our tour of Osaka, regarded as Japan’s capital of gourmet food and the 3rd largest city in Japan. In a simple sense, Osaka means Great Hill or Great Slope. In our city tour of Osaka, we first start with Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture. The castle was built by "Toyotomi Hideyoshi," who unified the nation and ruled Japan in the 16th century, and it is known that around 100,000 workers were employed in its construction. After Osaka Castle, we visit Dotonbori, Osaka’s popular food district. We experience the lively atmosphere of Dotonbori with its iconic neon signs, street food, and shopping spots. After free time in the city, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 6 Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin a full-day Kyoto tour. First, we will visit Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered with gold leaf and which represents the pinnacle of its kind with its pond garden design, and is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Then we visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, which appeared in the filming of the movie Memoirs of a Geisha. The shrine, dedicated to Inari, the god of rice, has more than a thousand Torii gates. On the shrine path decorated with Torii gates and statues of foxes believed to be the messengers of the god Inari, you will see Japan’s ancient roots. After our tour of the Gion district, famous for its historic area and geishas, we visit the bamboo forest park. After the tour, return to our Osaka hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 7 Osaka – Nara – Rinku Premium Outlet – Osaka
After breakfast, we continue our tour with the ancient city of Nara. It is Japan’s first capital in history (710) and a city with the largest and oldest temples. First, we visit Todaiji Temple, the largest wooden structure in the world. It also houses one of Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Then we visit the deer in the sacred Nara Park, the messengers of God, waiting for us. You will have a very pleasant time with the deer, which do not run away from people and are even fed with crackers sold nearby. Then we arrive at Rinku Premium Outlet, one of Japan’s largest outlets, home to many stores. We will have free time at the outlet where we can find international and Japanese brands at affordable prices. At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 8 Osaka – Seoul
After breakfast, we transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Seoul on a local airline. After arrival, we depart for our Seoul city tour. During our tour, places we will see panoramically include Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong Antique Street, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Myeongdong Street. Our first stop, Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395, is usually referred to as the Northern Palace because of its northernmost location compared to the neighboring palaces Changdeokgung (East Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (West Palace). Then, we will visit Bukchon Hanok Village, whose name means Northern Village. Hanok are traditional Korean houses, and there are about 700 Hanok in this village. Then, transfer to Myeongdong, Korea’s most famous shopping and fashion district. We will give free time on Myeondong Street for shopping and street food. Transfer to our hotel.

Day 9 Seoul – Istanbul
We start the day with a pleasant breakfast at our hotel, then we head to Namsan Hill, where we will witness Seoul’s most magnificent views. During our free time on this hill, which is also home to the iconic Namsan Tower, you can enjoy a bird’s-eye view of Seoul. After the view, we turn our route to the heart of the beauty world and visit one of the most popular stores of cosmetics giant Korea. We continue our discovery with the famous Namdaemun, Korea’s stop for local flavors. After this break, where you can experience Korean cuisine from street food to traditional tastes, we move on to Gangnam Square, the modern face of the city. After taking a photo with the "Gangnam Style" statue of PSY, who caused a K-pop storm, we step into one of Seoul’s most enchanting places, the COEX Starfield Library. Spanning an area of 2,800 square meters and consisting of massive 13-meter-high shelves, this enchanting atmosphere awaits nearly 70,000 books, hundreds of magazines, and digital publication readers. After this unforgettable library tour, we give you free time to explore the city as you wish until your flight time. After free time, we transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul at 23:20 on Turkish Airlines flight TK0091. Arrival in Istanbul at 05:55 the next day.

- During the tour, having euros is sufficient for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night.
- On our tours, daily seat rotation (seat changing) is applied in the seating arrangement, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

- In the tour program, the guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places stated in the program are shown.
- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are optional accommodations for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Lidya Tour 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. In such a case, information will be provided by Lidya Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crampedness in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are panoramic tours of up to 2-3 hours with commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and site entrance fees. If panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits/entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure of these tours. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- During travel, waiting times at border crossings passed by road may exceed the standard, and Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Lidya Tour service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and sites to be visited are open or closed and according to weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours arranged during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
- For people participating in tours by plane, the check-in and boarding procedures to be carried out are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airports before the flight or online on the airlines' websites.
- Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure of persons who do not arrive at the airport at the times notified by Lidya Tour for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane, to take their flight. The new round-trip plane tickets required for people who miss the plane to join the tour, and all expenses related to their transfers in the destination region, are their own responsibility.
- Lidya Tour is an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times of the current tour and before the flight may change. Lidya Tour is obliged to announce these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
