Day 1 Istanbul – Tokyo
Meet 3 hours before the flight in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Tokyo at 15:25 with Turkish Airlines flight TK0050.
Day 2 Tokyo
Arrival in Tokyo at 08:45. After arrival and baggage claim, we depart from the airport to the city center. Our first stop is the Asakusa/Senso-ji Temple, the oldest Shinto temple (645), famous for its giant lanterns that reflect the atmosphere of Tokyo. Passing through the massive Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate), you can buy gifts for your loved ones and try local street flavors on the authentic Nakamise street, which has more than 70 shops and is Japan’s first open-air shopping mall. Afterwards, we continue with Ginza, Japan’s luxury shopping district and perhaps the most famous street in the world; after the great Kanto earthquake, Ginza, which had been Japan’s silver mint until 1800, transformed into a luxury shopping district, taking its name from the combination of the kanji for “silver (gin)” and “shop (za).” At the end of our tour, we will walk together with thousands of people in Shibuya, where the world’s most famous pedestrian crossing and the Hachiko statue are located. Transfer to our hotel after the tour. Overnight in our Tokyo hotel.

Day 3 Tokyo-Kamakura-Yokohama-Tokyo
After breakfast at our hotel, we continue discovering the country with Kamakura, Tokyo’s oldest historical city. Kamakura is the region where the first shogunate system was established. We begin our visit with Kotoku Temple, a Buddhist temple belonging to the Jōdo-shū sect. The temple is famous for the Great Buddha statue of Kamakura, one of Japan’s most iconic symbols. We experience the city’s ethnic fabric by visiting Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, one of the most important Shinto shrines in Japan, and Komachi-dori street. Then we head to Yokohama, Japan’s third-largest city with a population of 3.7 million. Here we visit Yokohama Chinatown, Japan’s largest and 160-year-old Chinatown. Afterwards, we visit the famous Cup Noodle Museum. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Minato Mirai district, one of the city’s most central areas where we can experience the city’s atmosphere. Then transfer to our hotel. Overnight in our Tokyo hotel.

Day 4 Tokyo – Mount Fuji – Hakone – Lake Ashi – Tokyo
After breakfast, depart for our Hakone & Mount Fuji tour. With an altitude of 3776 meters, Mount Fuji was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2013, is the highest mountain in Japan, and is known for its elegant conical shape. It is the country’s sacred symbol, and there are temples and shrines around and on the volcano. First, we come to Oshino Hakkai village, the most beautiful village in Japan, with mountain views; we taste the waters of Mount Fuji and experience local delicacies. In the village, where there are shops offering local items and local flavors you cannot find anywhere else, we recommend trying Japanese mochi mugwort rice cake in its warmest and best form. Here, together with our guests, we take our Lake Ashi boat tour to enjoy this magnificent view. Then we go up the mountain by cable car and see the Owakudani Valley, which means Great Boiling Valley. Afterwards, transfer to our Tokyo hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5 Tokyo-Osaka
After breakfast, we depart for the capital Osaka by Shinkansen bullet train. After arrival, we start our city tour with the vehicle waiting for us. Upon arrival in Osaka, we begin the tour of Osaka, Japan’s gourmet food capital and the country’s 3rd largest city. In its simplest sense, Osaka means Great Hill or Great Slope. In our city tour of Osaka, we first start with Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture. The castle was built by “Toyotomi Hideyoshi,” who unified Japan and ruled the nation in the 16th century, and it is known that around 100,000 workers were employed in its construction. After Osaka Castle, we visit Dotonbori, Osaka’s popular food district. We experience the lively atmosphere of Dotonbori with its iconic neon signs, street food, and shopping spots. After free time in the city, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 6 Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin a full-day Kyoto tour. First, we will visit Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose upper two floors are completely covered in gold leaf, representing the pinnacle of its kind with its pond garden design, and which is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Then we visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, which was used in the filming of a movie about the memories of a geisha. The shrine, dedicated to Inari, the god of rice, has more than a thousand Torii gates. On the temple path decorated with Torii gates and fox statues believed to be messengers of the god Inari, you will see Japan’s ancient roots. After our tour in Gion, Kyoto’s historic district famous for its geisha, we visit the bamboo forest park. After the tour, return to our Osaka hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 7 Osaka – Nara – Kobe – Osaka
After breakfast, we continue our tour with the ancient city of Nara. It is the city where Japan’s historical capital (710) and the largest and oldest temples are located. First, we visit Todaiji Temple, the largest wooden structure in the world. It also houses one of Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Then we visit the deer in the sacred Nara Park, who are considered messengers of the gods. You will have a lovely time with the deer, who are not afraid of people and are even fed with crackers sold nearby. Then we begin our Kobe city tour. Famous for its beef, Kobe is one of Japan’s 10 major cities and, besides being a port city, is also the city that produces the most sake in Japan. Our first stop is Kobe Mosaic, a shopping and entertainment center. After exploring, shopping, and experiencing local flavors here, we visit the Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum. The museum features a documentary about the recovery process with realistic images of the earthquake’s devastation, as well as a wealth of information about the earthquake and various interactive games related to disaster prevention. At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 8 Osaka – Rinku Premium Outlet – Istanbul
After breakfast and free time, we arrive at Rinku Premium Outlet, one of Japan’s largest outlets, featuring many stores. We will have free time at the outlet where we can find international and Japanese brands at affordable prices. We then transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul at 22:50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK0087. Arrival in Istanbul at 05:40 the next day.

INFORMATION
- During the tour, Euro is sufficient for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program. In regions where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night.
- On our tours, a daily seat rotation (seat change) is applied in seat planning, and fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum 3-day accommodation requirement in order to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (excluding alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drink (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or skin care products: 5 items, Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, depending on weather and road conditions, the guides may make changes to the flow of the program, provided that all places mentioned in the program are shown.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before departure. If there are less than 30 days left until the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and if there are 20 days or less left, a 100% penalty is applied. Hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey submitted together with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of the hotel and services they will receive outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Lidya Tour.
- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are optional hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Lidya Tour 2 days before departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Lidya Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable and coachbed-type beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the room and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child only, staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited, and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place due to roads closed by local authorities or closed for any event on the day and time of the tour, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure to conduct such tours. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
- During travel, waiting times at border crossings passed by road may exceed standards; Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by local Lidya Tour services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and the weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
- For those participating in air tours, the required check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the airlines' websites.
- Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure of passengers to take the flight if they are not present at the airport at the times announced by Lidya Tour for participation in the tour, do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete them on time but do not board the plane. The cost of new round-trip tickets required for those who miss the plane to join the tour, as well as all expenses related to their transfers in the destination region, are their own responsibility.
- Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
- The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified as follows according to the number of people. Depending on the number of participants in each tour, the vehicle types listed below are assigned.
